As somya pointed out yesterday that her birth caused a lot of tensions and stress and hatred between nimmi and manindar relations so i wanna know how did surbhi came to life???🤣🤣🤣
No chappals or tomatoes or jootas as this is a billion dollar question[BR]
So ur options are:
She was a miracle baby-Have u heard about babies which r born as a miracle? Maybe she was a miracle baby but no miracle happened after her birth though.Nimindar still hates each other😆

Nafrat nafrat me ladte ladte ho gayi-yep nimindar were busy in fighting and well boom surbhi is born.Afterall har koi pyaar pyaar me paida nahi hota🤣

Given to ninindar in a basket of flowers-yep like we say to kids to behlao them that they were given to us in a basket of flowers by god.
