Part 1
Soumya gets ready the next morning and gazes at the box Maninder gave her. Surbhi watches her. Surbhi asks her to get ready. Soumya asks what's wrong with her mood. Surbhi says my mood has been off since last night. Fire was because of something else and they blamed you. And who separates a husband and wife on their wedding night. Soumya says its alright. Chill. Everyone has different view points. They're family. And in a way it's good coz I was worried that I will have to spend the night with him. Surbhi chides her for being so naive.
In the hall, everyone Preps for the Pooja and Harman is sulking on the sofa. Harak and Viren come and asks if things are set for Pagphera. Preeto says without Pooja Pagphera won't happen. I need to KNOW that our DIL is not carrying a darkness with her. Varun comes to Harman and asks why's he behaving like devdas. Harman says you won't understand the feeling you have when your wife is taken away from u on ur wedding night. Varun chides him. The Pandit ji arrives and Preeto asks someone to bring Soumya down. Harman reaches and sees Soumya dressed up. He is mesmerized.
Part 2
Harman asks Surbhi to get Soumya down. Surbhi says you take her and I'll pack the bags. She leaves. He tells her that ive understood love coz of you! Before you, I always heard of the praises for love. Before you I needed a heartbeat to live. Now he needs her to live. Preeto yells at Harman to get Soumya down or she'll take the Puja up. Harman tells her that I've grown accustomed to her in a day. Come back soon! Soumya nods. Harman says do you promise? Soumya smiles and nods. Harman asks Harman wali promise? Soumya shys away and they come down.
Preeto asks Soumya to sit because its only for her. Harman gets frustrated and asks now what! Have you got us married or have you separated us? Preeto asks her to calm down its just for a few hours. Raavi says hes gone crazy ever since he got married. Harman says and you've gone crazy interfering in my matters. Harak Singh tells Viren that he loves the family. I hope they keep being this close. Soumya sits for the Puja and the Panditji says she is free from all darkness and bad omens. Preeto is delighted. Nimmi arrives and she's glad that Soumya is declared pure.
Harman chides Preeto and Preeto scolds him that Pandit ji is here and she'll hit him if he misbehaves. Harman says i am a married man. I have respect. He calls out to Harak and says take care of your votti. Harak Singh intervenes but Preeto grabs a cushion and runs behind Harman. She spots Nimmi and stops to greet her. Asks her to come in and look at Soumya's new home.
Soumya takes Nimmi to her room. Nimmi appreciates the beauty and asks if she's okay. Soumya says everyone's really nice. I was ill so they exempted me from work. And Harman never does anything without her permission. He even said that if she didn't feel good he'd not go to the reception. But everyine was waiting..so I did. Nimmi says I hope you feel happy here. Soumya says why won't I? I have your blessings.
Maninder is unhappy because Soumya is still alive. He says that nothing is going according to his wishes. He never wanted her alive in the first place.
Soumya shows her the bangles and tells that Papa gave them to her in Bidaai. Nimmi wonders that how did Surbhi's bangles ended up with Soumya
Precap: Surbhi questions Maninder on how snake ended up in Soumya's gift. Who could be so hostile towards her. Nimmi says her own father.
In another scene, she makes Surbhi vow to not let Soumya and Harman consummate before 20 days because we might just lose Soumya.
