I think it's due to the age of the characters. The mature love stories and mature romances are just 10x sexier. Is it just me who feels that way? Like when I was watching Tujhse Hai Raabta, I was more a Sarthak and Anupriya fan than Malhar and Kalyani. So I was more hooked on the mother's love story than the daughter's basically. The older ones make it hotter I think. I think it's because it more unexpected and different to watch on ITV. There are loads of young ones. Only limited mature ones. Hence why I truly believe that if KEERTI did this exact scene, it would be so much more hotter than these two.
