Hmm....seems like its only me and nets who watch this one....if its gonna contiune on this way...maybe its better to stop with the updates since there is no response...atleast we dont have to waste our time...🤔 if anyone is interested,,then plz come forward and take part in our discussions....plz...!

WEDNESDAY 30.07.2008

Umapathy finds the cover, keeps it in his bag and starts walking into the village. Another character intro (Vikru from Bandham) as Ratna. She sees Umapathy and is happy. (I think she loves him lol). Both exchange greetings. Ratna jollu at him but he just ignores and talks normal to her. She ask him to go in the house and take rest while waiting for her elder brother to be back. She close the shop and goes to talk with umapathy. (normal conversations between them). Then they both talk about Uma planning to get married with Punitha. The girl says it will be hard as the family are very decent. Uma ask her to get a job with the Punitha's father. Ratna tells him Punitha is pavam. Umapathy ignores her.

Valliamah is looking at Punitha's picture and husband ask what is the matter. Valliamah is not happy about getting Punitha married to Umapathy. She ask her husband what is the reason. Deena says Uma marriage is not important but the reason for this is important for him. Valliamah ask what will happen if Umapathy knows the truth about Dheena. Dhennsa say he will use seenapathy against him. (looks like they both are not Dheena's real brothers...)

A bull chase Balu and Punitha runs behind him calling mama. Bull attacks Balu and he falls down hurt. Punitha screams and turns Balu but she sees Uma's face. Punitha gets up from dream and her parents ask what happen. Punitha keeps thinking about Uma's face and confused.

A family comes to Punitha's family and propose Punitha. But Punitha parents says sorry as he can't answer now and will meet them next week. The family leaves. thodarum

THURSDAY 31.07.2008 (brief update)

Punitha's father Kasu takes Suppayah to Periyar's house ( a well respected family. They had propose Punitha at previous episode). Suppayah wonders why they are here and if there is any problem. Kasu ask him to follow him in. They are welcome by the Periyar family happily. Kasu explains to Periyar that Punitha has been already proposed by Suppayah. Suppayah is touched. Kasu explain to Periyar that they are best friends and since small they have decided Punitha is for Balu. Periyar family is upset. Kasu says whenever he takes decision, he always have Suppayah together with him. Kasu says sorry to Periyar's family. Suppayah feels bad at this situation. Periyar says he is proud to see their frienship. Its just their luck as they cannot be Kasu's samanthi. Suppayah and Kasu leaves. But periyar wife is not happy as she really wanted Punitha to be their DIL.

Outside, Suppaya says its not right for telling this to other people. They have not even did any arrangement for this. Not even engagement. This is a good life. Punitha will be happy here. Lots of wealth here. Kasu says money is not important to him. His friendship is more important.

At home, Kasu wife Muthukannu is talking to her neighbors. Neighbor lady 1 and 2 says Periyar proposal is very good and they must accept it for Punitha's good future. This conversation is listen by one of Punitha's sister. Muthukannu says that they had long decided to give Punitha to Kasu's son. But neighbors keeps brainwashing Muthukannu. Punitha sister goes to her and tells her about the conversation about her wedding. She ask if Punitha wants to marry Balu or Periyar's son. (some loving conversation between sisters... im skipping it....) Punitha says she has not wishes on her own. What ever her father decide, Punitha will follow.

Muthukannu seem to be convinced with the brainwash. She decides to talk to kasu to accept Periyar's proposal.

Punitha goes to the shop to gets some things at Ratna's shop. Umapathy is there. Uma tries to pack something but could not do it. Punitha smiles looking at him. (I wonder why she did not recognize his face from the dream). Umapathy is introduced to Punitha. Some friendly conversation takes place between Uma and Punitha. Thodarum

FRIDAY UPDATE 01.08.2008

Muthukannu ask Kasu about periyar proposal. Kasu says he already inform Periyar that Punitha is for Balu. Muthukannu said it would have been better if they had accepted the proposal. At least Punitha would have been living happily. Kasu says friendship is more important. Muthukannu says okay, so let Punitha be Periyar DIL and they can get Balu married to their second daughter (how sick this lady can be). Kasu scolds his wife and tells her not to talk like this. Muthukannu tries to persuade her husband but kasu refuse to listen to her. He then calls Punitha to decide. Kasu ask Punitha is she had decided anyone for her life partner. Punitha tells him for her, dad is important. Anyone he wants her to marry, she will marry. Kasu is proud.

Umapathy meets Kasu and ask for a job. Kasu says he will arrange a job for him. One of Kasu worker comes there and tells him all ladies did not come to work (they are angry as they ask for advance but Kasu refuse to give). Kasu ask the worker to go home and ask his daughters to come as the flowers must be plucked and delivered within 1 hour. Umapathy too offers to help.

Suppayah is goin to Madras. Balu gives his father some list to buy too. (im skipping most of this as not so important lol) Suppayah tells his kids about how much Kasu respect his frienship by rejecting Periyar proposal. So Suppayah does not mind Balu goin to Kasu house as Vittode Mappilai.

Kasu family and Umapathy working the field. Umapathy gets along with all them them. While drinking water, Umapathy notice a tenn and kicks it at Punitha and at the same time he pushes Punitha and the tenn bits him. The family gets worried and puts medicine. Looks like Uma has made the first impression with Punitha's family. thodarum
