...MV eps 420-421….
As I finally started to write the eps review of MV after thinking long the first thing that got into my eyes was the eps number!!! 420 :P….. Which is synonymous to trickeries and cheating. True to say, throughout this whole episode it was so confusing that who actually got tricked in real and by whom??..... unless you reach the end!! And I can definitely say that apart from Mr Agastya the great annaji son… here we two viewers got successfully fooled and tricked. For the first time we were totally unable to predict a single event about the upcoming tracks.
Since me and Nisha started to watch MV it has become our free time to discuss the show. Nowadays whenever a new promo drops out we immediately join our heads and brainstorm to decode the upcoming incident according to the promo… sometimes we are able to decode the suspense and twist…. And sometimes we may not be 100% sure but we can get the trick. But this time unless we both saw the eps we didn’t have a slightest idea that the events will take turn like this. On the Friday night itself we were discussing and mostly sure that the necklace got stolen for real…. But on the next day, when the actual necklace thief was revealed all we can do was to clap, cheer and whistle in excitement of the wonderful pleasant surprise we got. Seriously, it couldn’t have been better than this!! Highly impressed!!
The eps was full of surprise…. True to say it was like watching a hour long movie with all the elements we love watching. It contained both class and mass elements. Classy in terms of writing and execution… The suspense built up throughout the eps and the truth revelation at the end was perfectly done. Until you reach the very end of the episode when the necklace was finally pulled out of Agastya’s pocket….you can't say with 100% surety that it was there. If you are watching the episode for the first time, you will be shocked with that twist cause throughout the eps there was not a single hint of that…. Unless you watch the eps another time carefully, you may not understand how the necklace ended up there. :P
The Mass element of the eps was dialogues, BGM and performance. Apt with each and every scene.….True to say there’s hardly any dull moments!!.... Those crisp, entertaining dialogues written by dialogue writers were one of the best things which made us more. Especially during the 2nd half while the whole necklace stealing part was getting to its conclusion, we could hardly look away from the screen and there was not a single moment when we were not clapping in excitement.
BGM… seriously, this one too needs applause. Perfect with the mode of scene and made every frame more effective. Have to say that before a couple of days… me and Nisha were lil unsatisfied as they changed the BGM track of sita-rama marriage dream in the eps cause it was changed in the on air eps. Somehow the promo one got stuck in our mind cause it perfectly fitted with the scene. But anyway with this eps that dissatisfaction is compensated for in this eps. The BGMs were top notch… Specially the confrontation scenes between Agastya and Vasanta during the searching of the car need mentions. Words fall short to say how perfectly appealing and massy they were… Couldn’t stop clapping and cheering on those moments.
Throughout this exciting eps the only very emotional moment for us was to see Vasanta’s car getting scratched in the hands of those stupid bouncers of Agastya. Apology in advance for being a little impulsive here.. But when those idiots were butchering and slitting the car interiors it was very hard to see…. That car has a very special place in our heart just like Vasu andd it's very hard for us to see even a single scratch in that car!!... Uparse showing those flashbacks made the situation worse for us… It may sound like crazy but during the end of that whole car vanquishing moment I literally felt like going inside the screen with Broomstick and Smacking agastya infinite times… Mind You Mr Agastya… don't touch that car!!!!....
Jokes apart….. Coming to performances now… the eps gave chances to the respective characters to shine but for us the star of the episode was our Vasanta!!...Seriously!!.... What a player!!!.. At the beginning he was just being a silent observer and giving Agastya and Co chances to go with their stupid plans and letting them do whatever they wanted to execute that. Literally boosting their overconfidence until they were exhausted and unable to understand how their so-called Perfect Plan flopped. That's the time when the real player Vasanta came forward and took the field. He turned the whole game in such a way that the opponents were not just left handicapped by the situation but also their image was tarnished in such a way that they themselves couldn’t believe. Seriously, way to go Bosss!!... We two sishyas are extremely proud to see our Guru ji the great Baba Vasanta in action and as usual we can't stop cheering, clapping and whistling for you. True to say, it has always been a great pleasure for us to see Agastya getting his dues from Vasanta… Last time we extremely enjoyed the confrontation in Agastya’s farmhouse where Vasnta silenced him with his action…. And this time with his smart mind game he showed Agastya and co their place…
Rakshit…. I seriously don't know what to say about him. My words fall short nowadays to praise his performance. It's been almost 8 month we have been watching him as Vasanta on screen and each and every day our admiration is increasing for his acting skills. This whole eps is totally owned by him in every way. Throughout the eps(precisely to say throughout the show) the way he portrays each and every shade of Vasnta, be it action, emotion, comical traits, anger, smartness, and that with so much ease, it needs all the praise. When he was on screen, we could hardly remove our eyes. As people already know that Vasanta is our favourite in the show, let me take the moment to praise all the people who are behind to construct this very dear character to us. Starting from the writer who imagined, to the dialogue writer who wrote that crispy dialogue of him… to the director…. And lastly Rakshit whose splendid performance gave life to the character!!... A big round of applause to all of you..
And lastly… A small piece of advice for Agastya to keep his brain at rest and let your father and sister do the thinking works!! Because it's already proven that you are no match to his smartness. Seriously, he delivered the necklace into your pocket under your nose but you didn’t even get a single hint!!!... (I don't want to break the suspense here about how it got into Agastya… Many people may have understood by now… but for the viewers… we don't wanna spoil the suspense :P)
Now we are waiting with all the excitement for the next eps with too much excitement to see the concluding part and joining the dots in the middle…. Before that me and nisha are set to do another round of brainstorming and set up our theories on how the precious necklace get to its place… :P….lets see if we could decode it or not….
