Following the overwhelming success of Mahesh Babu-starrer Telugu family-drama "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu" (SVSC), which was released during Sankranthi this year, the makers of "1: Nenokkadine" are set to release the film during the same time next year.
"1: Nenokkadine" will hit the screens Jan 10 next year, confirmed the production house 14 Reels Entertainment on its Twitter page. Directed by Sukumar, it also casts debutant Kriti Sanon, Kelly Dorjee, Sayaji Shinde, Vikram Singh, Srinivasa Reddy, Nassar and Pradeep Rawat.
1 movie is a romantic thriller introducing Kriti Sanon as the leading lady, produced by Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta on the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director.
The film is currently being shot in London and other parts of Britain. Mahesh's SVSC, which released on Jan 11 2013, went on to reportedly mint over Rs.50crores at the box-office. It still remains one of the biggest hits of the year so far.
During 2014 Sankranti, Mahesh is likely to lock horns with three other big-budget films such as Jr. NTR's "Rabhasa", Balakrishna-starrer "Ruler" and SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali".
Mahesh Babu's son Gautam Krishna is making his Tollywood debut as a child artist in Super Star's forthcoming film 1, Nenokkadine taking shape in the direction of Sukumar.
The 7-year-old Gautam will be seen as young Mahesh in the initial reels of the movie and the scenes have been canned in London a day ago. It is worth mentioning that Mahesh Babu also made his entry into films as a child artist with Krishna's film Needa in 1979. Mahesh's fans are quite delighted with the news and they have all the more reasons to wait for 1 film.
Superstar Mahesh Babu and actress Sophie Chowdhary are shaking leg for an item number in London currently for the forthcoming release . The song is being canned in the supervision of choreographer Prem Rakshit.
