Thanks ...take vitamin c ...I'm exposed to a lot of colds but now I drink water with cloves and cinnamon in it...helps a lot

Usually I chew two cloves...it's fiery but it helps...Did u take some pills?

Usually chew two cloves and eat an ayurvedic lozence called Elaidi...It helps me

Sorry sweetie my friend came ...she usually drops in when she has to pick up her son...salt water gurgle is good but I'm not a fan of it.
