Farah Khan, who now sports a big bump with the triplets due soon, has stopped stepping out of her home. But she made an exception for buddy Karan Johar. The Om Shanti Om director featured in the finale of Say Shaava Shaava last night as a special guest. Apart from Farah, even Kareena and Riteish dropped in on the sets. Sumeet Raghavan has won the reality celebrity show. Congratulations, Sumeet. Now hold KJo to the promise of signing you for a film!

Even I was surprised to see Farah making an appearence when she is 7-8 months pregnent 😕 ...It really need lot of guts 😕 ..but well anything for friend 😉 😛
