hope you feel better Jazz25 😛. Sana I have gotten that too before..its sooo painful :(...but usually u can pop it back...how did it happen?

hot summer is still better dan d transition season period...it causes infections/fevers...

me just recovering from chicken pox...& i look soo spotted...😭...

but heat here is touchng 45 degrees...but we have dry summers...so at least no sweating issues...

@everyone...currently ill or not...take fluids...even wen u dont feel thirsty...don't eat out...especially road food/drinks...avoid sun...carry umbrella...

i fully agree with you madhu especially road side eatables and.cool drinks should be strictly avoidedin summer.

Oh Madhu, Sorry to hear that you got Chicken pox..Hope you recover and become spotless soon.
Try not to scratch or it will leave a mark ... Agree , fluids are the best to beat heat or any fever ..
