Haldi rasam, everone is dressed in yellow. The elders have applied haldi of Pankeeta, Preeto is going upstairs to put the haldi in Meeta's room. Rajbeer follows her upstairs and stops her before she could enter Meeta's room.
Rajbeer- preeto roko
Preeto- kya hua
Rajbeer gets some haldi on his hands and applies it on Preeto's face.
Preeto- yeh kya kiya
Rajbeer- kehte hai ke dulhan ki haldi agar ek single ladki pe lagae toh uski shaadi jaldi hoti hai. Tumhare shaadi bhi kaha hue hai.
Then Rajbeer leaves, Preeto wipes the haldi off her face and comes upstairs. Rajpreet have a eye lock from other sides of the room. NA sees this and gets angry. She pulls Preeto aside- kya kar rahe ho
Preeto- im sorry agay se diyan rakhongi.
NA- u better sirf Meeta ki shaadi tak mein tumhe bardash karongi. Sirf 1 din aur.
NA also leaves.
MEETA'S WEDDING...
Preeto helped Meeta get ready in a traditional dress. Preeto is still not ready herself After Meeta is ready Preeto takes the kaala theka and puts it behind her ear. Preeto- aaj mere debbe ki shaadi hai
Meeta- sachie mein mujhe bhi yakein nahi hota.
They share their last sisterly hugg before Preeto leaves the city. Bj comes in- hay rabba Preeto tu abhi tak teyar nahi hue. Chal gurudwara jaane ka waqt hogaya.
Preeto- ap log chale gao mein bad mein atti hon.
Bj- jaldi ana.
Preeto goes to her room and locks it and cries her heart out. Preeto- issa mere saath hi kyun hota hai.
Everyone is gone to Gurudwara and Pankaj and his barati including Rajbeer are already there. Rajbeer looks for Preeto. Rajbeer- Bj Preeto kaha hai
Bj- woh puttar dulhan ko teyar karane mein kud teyar hona bhol gae.
Rajbeer- mein leao
Bj- nahi puttar woh kud ajaegi.
Dhillon house...
Preeto has packed 3 suits, 1 thousand rupee in her bag. She writes three letters and addresses them to: Bj Papaji, Sunny ji and Bani. Preeto leaves the Dhillon house.
At the gurudwara the wedding is over, Bj- are yeh Preeto kyu nahi ae.
Sonu just realizes something huge that shocked her. Sonu- Sunny ji ap kahengay ya mein kaho.
Sunny- nahi mujh mein itni hemat nahi hai.
Sonu- Rajbeer bhaiya, Dhruv jiju, Pankaj jiju Preeto di Amritsar choud ki jaane wali hai. Meine unhe suna lekin Sunny ji ne kaha ke woh Preeto di ko rok lengay.
Rajbeer- Sunny tumne Preeto ko akele kaise jaane diya. Agar usse kuch hua toh.
Sunny- unhone maana kiya ke mein unke saath nahi a sakta. Kyunki humare shaadi bhi kaha hue hai yeh baat toh tum jaante ho.
Everyone is shocked in the room especially Simran. Simran- Preeto kyun aisa kiya tumne
Sonu- just shut up yeh sab sirf apke waja se hua hai ap ghar US se na atti toh yeh nahi hota.
Rajbeer- Sonu Sunny tumhe patta hai ho kaha gae hai.
Sunny- nahi kal pocha tha lekin maana kiya tha.
Rajbeer- Dhruv tu bus stations pe dhoond mein Railway station pe dhoond ta hon.
Dhruv nods. Pankaj- mein bhi atta hon
Papaji- nahi puttar aj tere shaadi hue hai tu nahi
Pankaj- kya agar Rajbeer aur Dhruv apke bette hai toh mein apka betta nahi hon. Rajbeer mein doosre bus station pe check karta hon.
The three of them leave the Gurudwara and Papaji Bj take all the guests home for lunch.
Railway station...
Preeto goes to the ticket counter and says- veer ji ek ticket dijiena
Person- kaha ka
Preeto- kahen ka bhi
Person- thek hai Chandigad ka lo
Preeto- thank u
Rajbeer enters the railway station and Preeto's heart feels his presence. She stands up and looks around. Preeto- nahi Rajbeer yaha kaise ho sakte hai. Woh toh ghar pe hongay na.
She sits back down. The announcer says- Chandigad ane wali train 5 minute late hogi.
Rajbeer is passing by the bench she is sitting on and hear someone say congratulations Meeta di shaadi mobarako.
Rajbeer turns over to see the person and sees Preeto sitting on the bench. Rajbeer- Preeto
Preeto turns around and sees Rajbeer. She is shocked. Rajbeer was gonna hold her hand but just then a crowd of people came between them and when the crowd clears up he sees Preeto missing.
Preeto had gone away with the crowd and sits on the train to Chandigad. She is crying. Rajbeer runs to the ticket counter from where Preeto had purchased the ticket. He cuts in between the line and shows the counter person the picture of Preeto in his phone. Rajbeer- iss ladki ko dekha hai.
Person- are ha usse toh meine Chandigad ki ticket di hai. Jaldi jao warna train chale jae gi.
Rajbeer runs to the Chandigad train and checks all the window seats. Preeto sees him coming and then stands up pretending to put something in the upper part of the seat. Rajbeer passes her and just the train leaves. Preeto is relieved that Rajbeer didnt see her and then takes her seat. Rajbeer sees the train going and fall to the ground on his knees and starts crying. Rajbeer finally manages to say- Preeto. and continues crying.
