Dhruv and SKA after coming back from Jammu

Do Dhruv and SKA know RB loves Preeto ... their exprssions at times seem as if they know he is in pain everytime Preeto is mentioned ... one possiblity crossing my is that ...RB's saviour , the Jammu villager may have casually mentioned to them about RB calling out Preeto's name when he was unconcious ...but Dhruv and SKA must be quite thinking Preeto must be in love with Sunny and now the Roka is also done.
