hey guys i am saumik new to this forum but a regular member of if . so today the episode is focused on medical issue & how sanchi handle the situtation but i am confused after see the precap that showed that sanchi is blackmailed by some unkown person .

is dr malhotra knows the truth or someone else ? please tell your opinion

It can be an unexpected person also after all anything can happen in indian tv serials. LOL
Dr.Kabir or Veer are better options I mean maybe that's why he is always ready to play a prank on her...Then there is also Ria who has eyes set on Sanchi & upcoming negative female entry who'll play the head nurse.😕
