- The show starts off in court with the lawyers arguing. The defence lawyer says that usha committed suicide because she made a mistake and her mother in law found out about it so Usha got scared and killed herself. She did not even leave a suicide note. Sati argues that Usha was scared because she had been tortured and a person who is tortured never leaves a note. The defence lawyer argues that Sati is just repeating what he is telling. sati says no. She was just scared! The judge dismisses the court for a lunch break and the closing speeches to be made after that.
- Sati and Priya are walking out of the courtroom. Priya tells Sati not to worry and just relax and go to the bar room and she will bring Sati some coffee. Suddenly, Usha's husband (Orilaal) comes and tells Priya that yes she should give Sati coffee so hopefully, Sati can get new ideas with that. he is being very rude to both of them and tells them they can never win an that why sati has to always make the men criminals. it can also be that women are the ones wrong. Then he leaves with a smirk on his face!😡
- Priya goes to get the coffee as sati is still outside. Siddarth comes and tells Sati not to worry and that the case is still open and she still has her closing speech to give and that is what matters! Sati suddenly sees hope and thanks Siddarth. Siddarth asks if he can be of any assisstance an sati says that she wants to be alone for some time and goes into the bar room.
- Sati is in the bar room thinking about what Siddarth said and the cas and she starts remembering her life after her rape, how the court tried to prove her a liar and how her family rejected her. Suddenly, Priya comes in and tells Sati not to lose hope. Sati smiles and says that she has not lost hope.
- After lunch, back in the court room, Sati calls Orilaal to the stand. he goes there. she asks why he went to visit Urmila (Usha's mom). He says he just went there to see her since he didnt see her for a long time and he had some work nearby so he just decided to stop by. the defence lawyer objects but he is overruled. Then sati says to tell the truth as they have ways of finding out if he really had work nearby. Then she tells the judge that no one just goes all of a sudden to visit someone like that. he went there to complain about usha. Sati starts raising her voice and Orilaal comes under the pressure and shouts YES YES I WENT THERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT USHA! He was tired of having to fight with Usha everyday for very small things so he went to complain! Sati tells the judge to note that they used to fight! Orilaal tells thats not what he meant since every marriage has small fights. Sati tell that those were still fights. Orilaal is silent. Then Sati says that every girl leaves her whole childhood and love behind when she gets married and goes into a new house filled with hope. But there are some girls who are not that lucky. Usha being one of them. When Usha got pregnant she felt that she had another reason to live but even that was taken away from her and she got tortured more. she told her mom but just like any Indian mother, she told Ush to just go back since that is her family now. Usha never said anything against her in laws since she was a good wife and that her soul must be crying now seeing them in court. Orilaal did not just kill Usha, he killed her whole family. They have all become so weak. They have no more strength and courage to fight anymore. And she hopes that justice will be done for Usha's soul. The judge tells sati that her speech has cleared many things up and that the court is rteady to give its decision and the judge tealls that orilaal and his mother are to be convicted as criminals and imprisoned for 10 years. Sati breaths a sigh of relief and everyone is happy!
- After the court is dismissed, Priya goes and hugs Sati. They are very happy! Then Usha's family comes and thanks Sati. sati says that she always had faith in Usha and it was not only her job but also her responsibility to shed light on this injustice done to Usha and other girls who have been traumatized. Then Siddarth is there also and Sati goes to him He is very happy for her and very proud too. Sati thanks him for his moral support and says that she is so lucky to have two great friends, him and Rajdeep. Then she leaves. Siddarth looks dumped!
- As Sati is going out of the court, A car comes and there is a man watching Sati from far. He has a silver finger. He just watches her and has an evil smile!
