Part 3

Rajendra asks the doctor, "Will Sid be fine? Is there anything dangerous?"

Doctor: Not at all. He will get well. I will write a prescription. You get those tablets for him.

He gives the prescription to Rajendra.

At the ward, Roli prepares juice for him & goes to Sid to give him the tablets.

She asked, "What is the matter? Why are you so dull? What are you thinking?"

Sid: Nothing. I was thinking that I will keep you like a queen & give you all the happiness in the world but I have made you a servant.

Roli laughs.

Sid: Why are you laughing?

Roli: If you talk like a fool, obviously, I will laugh. Drink the juice & have tablets.

Sid looks at Roli's lips. He said, "First I want this."

Roli: I understood. But first, you have the medicine.

Sid: No, first is this.

Roli: This is the hospital. People will keep coming here.

Sid: I don't care.

When they were about to have their moments, Roli hears someone knocking the door. She said, "Yes, someone knocked the door."

Roli opens the door. The doctor comes in & asked Sid, "How are you feeling now?"

Sid: I am fine now.

Roli: Did you get to know what Sid is suffering from?

Doctor: All the tests are done. I cant give you the exact picture unless the diagnosis is done. Sid, take rest.

He leaves.

Sid: Dawm it. Take rest. Take rest. He is not able to tell what is the sickness but he comes & asks how I am feeling.

Roli: Doctors are also humans like anyone else. They cannot tell more than what they know.

Sid: What do you mean?

Roli: I mean to say there is only one doctor & nothing is hidden from him.

Sid: Do you mean that Shiv Shankar?

Roli: Yes, He is the one. If you pray with full heart with faith & devotion, he will definitely cure you.

Sid: If that stone can heal everyone then no person would fall sick & be unhappy.

Roli: But even the sick people should have faith in Him.

Sid hugs her from the back: Are you upset with me?

Roli: I'm not upset with you but I am upset with God that he has not given you any sense.

Sid: But he has given me a good, beautiful, & loving wife like you.

Roli: Enough now & have the juice.

Sid: I want this juice first.

He pulls her upon him & kisses her. Roli blushes.

Both sleep at the night. Suddenly, the curtains move. There is a song somewhere.

Sid opens his eyes. The clouds move. Roli also opens her eyes. Sid gets up & goes. Roli knocks CV's room & follows him.

Sid goes to the graveyard. Roli also comes there. She hears the noises & the rustling of trees.

She sees the skeleton & Sid standing there. She goes to Sid. On his turning back, Roli sees his different expression & screams.

Sid: Come Roli. You want all the happiness right?

He starts misbehaving with Roli, tearing her blouse. Roli escapes from him & runs. Sid chases her. Roli pushes him & runs. Sid chases her. Roli pleads with him but Sid does not relent. Suddenly, a hand pushes him. Rajendra & Janmalal come to the graveyard. Rajendra cloths Roli.

Sid crawls. The ghost laughs evilly. Sid goes to the board where Khushi is written with her birth & death details.

They bring him home. Sid is in an unconscious state. Roli cries. Meena goes to Roli & said, "Don't cry."

She cups Roli

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, the servant is cooking. He starts grumbling. He said, "Is this the house or a witch house? I don't even know whether I have added salt or not. If anything goes wrong, I will lose the job."

He goes near the cooker & adds the salt. He gets absent-minded & is baffled. He searches for the salt but finds the box empty. The servant goes to the shelf for the salt. He opens a flour box & sees the rat & shouts.

The other servant comes in & confronts him but seeing his state, he runs. But the former catches up with him. Hearing the noise Rajendra comes to the kitchen & asks, "What the hell is going on?"

The other servant said, "I went to see what happened but looking at his condition, it seems that Sid is possessed by a ghost. I suggest you take him to the tantrik. He is an expert in driving the ghosts"

Rajendra: That is all crap. There is no such thing called ghost or devil.

Janmalal comes in. He said, "Please consider their point. We went to all the best doctors but we failed. We should take him to the tantrik. Only then he will get relieved."

Rajendra: Fine. Get the tantrik here.
He leaves

Part 4

Roli is sitting in the puja room. Suddenly, she hears Sid's voice and comes out. Both of them emotionally hug each other. Sid sees the tears falling from Roli's eyes. He said, "Don't cry. Come with me to the room."

After going to the room Sid asked, "What had happened to me? Why did I treat you like that?"

Roli: You don't really remember anything?

Sid: I don't remember anything but I only remember that someone is holding me tightly & controlling my entire system that I literally lose my control & I feel that person has entered my body.

Roli: Whatever has happened, forget it. Only you remember God. Everything will be fine.

Sid: If God is there why does he give you so much of troubles & sorrows? You are his devotee.

Roli: I am not sad I am quite happy.

Sid: I could not give you happiness even for 2 days. I thought of giving you an overflowing love. I had all the plans to take you abroad for our honeymoon but all the dreams got shattered. I think somebody is envying our love.

Roli: Don't say like that. When we are together, that is the most beautiful moments of our life & when you are with me, I feel that I am complete. If you get well I will think that I got everything.

Sid: Will I get well like before?

Roli: Why not? You will get well. God will cure you. One minute, I am coming.

Sid: Where are you going?

Roli: I am getting something for you to eat as you didn't eat anything last night.

Sid: Please don't go. I want to be with you, spend time with you & look at your beautiful face. I don't want anything else.

Roli: I am not running away. I am always with you but if you don't have anything, you will become weak.

Roli goes to Meena & Sujata said, "Sid is fine. We had our moments."

She goes to the kitchen & to get the breakfast for Sid. However, after going to Sid in his room she finds Sid possessed by the ghost yet again. Roli screams.

The ghost inside Sid said, "Come near me."

He laughs evilly & closes the door & start misbehaving with her.

Roli screams. The entire family comes to the room. Meena & Sujata console Roli.

Meanwhile, Janmalal reaches Tantrik's place. The tantrik askes, "For how many days this has been happening?"

Janmalal: For the past to 3 days. I heard a lot about you.

Tantrik: Nothing to worry. I will heal him. Just sprinkle the Vibhuti & neem on him. The spirit will leave & it will never come back.

Janmalal brings Tantrik home. The spirit inside Sid said, "Get lost. How dare you come here?"

Janmalal: How does the ghost now that you have come?

Tantrik: All the ghosts & spirits know me. I will still go there.

The family takes the tantrik to Sid's room.

The lights are off and on.

Tantrik: So, it is all your work.

Ghost: How did you like it?

Tantrik: So, you know English?

Ghost: Yes.

Khushi inside Sid talks in Punjabi. She said, "I know many languages. You know only Hindi."

Tantrik: Whatever you want to talk, you talk in Hindi.

Khushi: You think that you are too great but you can't do anything to me. If you want to see my power, come near me.

Tantrik: I don't say that I am great but you have become a great problem to the family. I have come to drive you.

He goes near. The ghost tries to beat him using Sid's body but Tantrik pushes him & said, "Jai Bajrang bali, Jai Mahakali."

The ghost pleads, "Please leave me."

The tantrik chants the mantras & throws vibhuti.

Khushi screams. Tantrik stops. Khushi pushes him. Janmalal comes & helps the Tantrik to get up.

Khushi: So, you think that you are a magician.

Roli tries to go further but Meena & Sujata stop her.

Khushi: Even you see my powers today. Did you see what I did to Tantrik? No one can drive me out.

Rajendra: Why are you after my son? He is newly married. Why don't you let them live in peace?

Khushi: Because I hate him. He is a cheat. I will get peace only after killing him.

Rajendra: What did he do to you? I know my son very well. He cannot harm anybody.

Khushi: Your son is very innocent. What do you know about him? He is a womanizer. I will torture him & kill him.

She laughs evilly.

Sid: Roli Roli.

Roli: Leave my husband.

Khushi: Sid is mine. You are my souten.

Roli is shocked.

Rajendra: What do you mean?

Khushi: If you don't believe, then you see the ring.

She opens the drawer & shows the ring in which Khushi was written. The ghost said, "I am Khushi. It was the same weather."

Khushi's version of flashback

It was raining heavily. Some of the boys were chasing her & they caught up with her. Khushi screamed for help. Sid's car was passing. It had stopped. Sid rescues her.

Khushi: Thanks a lot.

Sid: Why are you out at this time?

Khushi: I had gone to my friend's birthday party. As soon as I came out some goons began to chase me.

Sid: I stay close by. You stay in my room this night. I will drop you at the hostel the next day.

Both reach the room. Sid gets the towel for her to wipe her head & body.

Khushi goes to the room. Sid gets the milk from the kitchen. He goes to Khushi. The lights are suddenly off. She shouts for help & cries.

Later, Sid said, "Whatever has happened, that cannot be brought back. I will talk to my dad & marry you at the earliest. It is the promise."

Both exchange rings.

Flashback ends.

Khushi: But he married Roli & I killed myself. But I was not at peace. I decided to take my revenge.

Rajendra: Please don't do that. If I knew all these, I would have got Sid married to you.

Roli: No, this ghost is lying. I know Sid very well. He can't think of any woman other than me.

Khushi: What did you say? Am I a liar?

She throws the vase on Roli's head. The latter gets injured.

Tantrik: That is why I don't allow women. Take her from here.

He continues with his mantra & drives Khushi's spirit away.

Sid is gasping. Rajendra & Prem go to him.

Tantrik: Nothing to worry. I will prepare a sacred thread for Sid which he has to tie, so the spirit won't come to him again. Till then, it is advisable for your DIL to be away. Otherwise, Khushi's soul will attack again. Once that thread comes on his wrist then Roli can be with him

He leaves.
