Sid halted the process of throttling Roli to death as he saw Meethi before his eyes burning with anger. He stood still but his hands were still on Roli's neck."Siddhant...leave her...leave her I say..." Meethi shouted and Sid left Roli. Roli breathed heavily and coughed couple of times. Meethi rushed to her and gave her a glass of water. After easing her and make her stand safely behind herself, Meethi looked Sid furiously. His eyes were still burning and his face told his anger."Can you tell me what forced you to throttle her? How dare you and who gave you right for that? And what were you calling Roli; spoilt soul? Why?" Sid stood silent. He didn't want to spill the beans before Meethi. Not that he was afraid that it would affect their future life but it's that he didn't want to remember the old days. So he cooled himself and said "Meethi..Vo...this girl...She lost the file of that important contract with DS builders...You know it's my hard work and so...I got a bit angry...' "Bit angry...Is this what you call bit anger...This is murder attempt...Roli can complain against you...You know...' Meethi shouted. Roli who was listening to the scene didn't want to make things worse. So she started to speak. "Meethi...Meethi...leave it...He was angry..It was my mistake...I should not have missed that file...And I don't have any complaints against him...Anybody would do so only...So please...Forget this matter..." she begged to Meethi. "But Roli..How can you? Actually I don't understand why you defend him? Will anybody kill someone else if a file is lost? Ridiculous..." Meethi said in a total hopeless way. Sid stood there itself staring at Roli. "Meethi...This is not anyone's fault...It's that sir like that file as I like my life..Nothing else..." Roli tried to justify Sid's action. "But anyhow, I apologize to you on his behalf...Sid if you have some shame left, please apologize to her." Sid doubted if he'll lose his control. So without a word, he left the cabin. Following Sid, Roli too left the cabin.


Meethi stood there. She could see it...A secret...Since the day, Sid met Roli, he's uncomfortable and Meethi was noting it. It was not the discomfort of having a girl as his PA. Rather it seemed to be a wound deep in the heart. That day she let the matter go as she felt it can be a real discomfort after all. But the other day, when she asked about Roli's husband, she had seen his eyes burning...And again many events...And finally today..She's damn sure Sid won't attempt to kill a person just because she lost the file...She is not an idiot after all an idiot to believe so. She knew there was a big matter that connected them in past...Yes, they had some connection in past..And that too very big...Otherwise Sid would not have spoke all those words...Betrayal...Shattered dreams...Yes, she heard every bit of his words and there was definitely some big relation between them in the past. And if she is right the remains of that relationship are still alive in their hearts. Sid's attitude and Roli's eyes say it all. He must be someone so close to her that she don't even care of a murder attempt...Meethi knew asking them would no good. So she acted if she didn't understand what the matter was. But now she wanted to find; find what the real matter is..She would go to their past for it...She knew none of the family members would help her in the process, but truth can't be concealed long...One day or the other day it would come out..Meethi vowed to find the secret at her own risk. "Siddhant, Roli...keep your secret as it is..But Meethi will find it...And probably if I'm right, it would help me get out of the burden of this relationship."

PART 11

Meethi was home early that day. She wanted to find the secret. So she entered the kitchen; a place where she never enters. There was Sujatha ma, cooking thee dinner for Sid. He ate the dinner cooked by her only. There was only one person who could tame him at that whole family; his Mom. He loved her as much as he did himself. There won't be any secrets of him that she don't know. And besides, she's innocent, comes on mere words. That's why Meethi chose her as her victim. She went closer and smiled at Sujatha. She reciprocated with a smile. "Beta...Why you here? Do you need something?" she asked innocently. "No maa...Actually, I wanted to see you cooking and learn something...So...Please tell me how to cook this?" she asked pointing at the halwa that was being cooked. "Oh that's too sweet...I'll tell you beta..." Sujatha kept telling Meethi the recipe and she kept nodding though she wasn't listening. Finally finding a chance, she stated asking about Sid. His character, his habit etc. Maa..You know a lot about Sid...And then you might know about his college days too...Did he have some lover there?" she asked casually but that killed the smiled on Sujatha's face. What all should you know Meethi? And what sort of a question is this? And please go now..i got work.." She said in an unpleasant tone. "But maa..' "Meethi...please..." Sujatha asked her to move out and she did. Now one thing was sure, there was something that happened in Sid's past that no one wanted her to know. But she need to find it.

As a second way, she sneaked in to Sid's room. It was quite arranged; like that of an army officer. And he indeed is; in nature. Though she felt it a bit stupid. Meethi went and checked the vases and fancy items of the room. Often people hide secretive things in such places. Next spot was of course, the wardrobe. She pondered for a clue amongst the neatly arranged outfits of sid but nothing budged. She looked even under the bed, pillow and the small table at his room. Same result approached. Totally exhausted and clueless, Meethi was about to step out. But that was when she remembered the place. She swiftly took a stool and climbed on it so that she could reach the wardrobe top. As she expected she got what she needed. She was overwhelmed. But she knew it's not safe to inspect it right there, so she silently sneaked to her room with the stuff she got. She had only one intension, to find out how past connects Roli and Siddhant?

And that's it guys...Now you can very well guess what is the proof? And one more thing...After today I'm gonna come online only on 15th night, that is after my exams...I know it's a bit injustice to you readers...I'd have come up if I knew at least the first word about organic chemistry..But I'm so blank in the subject that I need to sit up, study and then revise .So Bye for now and we'll meet soon on 15th but not with such small updates, but to be here for the next 10 days completely...
