Part 14

Siddhant when returned taking bath saw Roli almost set his cupboard.

He just looked into it and it was beautifully arranged.

He just gave a look and went down to have breakfast.

Roli closed the cupboard and went behind him.

Roli & Siddhant reached the dining table.

Roli served the kheer and food to all.

Siddhant was surprised to see Kheer in the breakfast.

But it was his favorite.

He tasted it and smiled.

Siddhant: Maaji, kheer is tasty today. Give me some more.

Sujatha looked at Roli while ROli served more kheer to Siddhant.

Siddhant had 2-3 cups of kheer with little breakfast.

Siddhant: I loved the kheer today maaji. keep somemore for me. I will have it later.

Sujatha: Hmm.. Mataji see how he is liking the kheer prepared by his wife.

Siddhant just now came to know that it was prepared by Roli.

Siddhant got up and went to his room.

Roli had breakfast and clean the dining table.

She set everything in the kitchen and put the vessels for washing.

As Siddhant said she kept some kheer for him in a bowl.

Roli got smile thinking how he liked the kheer prepared by her.

Roli went to their room.

Siddhant was in the sofa reading some book.

Roli opened the cupboard and started seeting his cupboard balance parts.

Siddhant after a while adjusted his voice.

Siddhant: Roli...

Roli was happy on hearing him calling her.

Roli turned her face and looked at him.

Siddhant: Roli you prepared kheer well.

Roli: Thank you.

Siddhant: Also you are arranging the cupboard too well. I am impressed.

Roli: Thank you Siddhantji.

Siddhant: But Roli... I hope you understand my expectation of a wife was very high. I was broken compeltely when knowing you are uneducated.

Roli: I do understand..

Siddhant: I know it is not your mistake. But i need time to make up my mind to accept the reality.

Roli: Sure. please take your own time. I can understand how you might have felt when none of your expectation got met.

Siddhant was happy that she understood him.

Roli continued setting his cupboard while Siddhant was reading the book.

When Roli completed setting the cupboard he looked at Siddhant.

Siddhant as he did not slept properly the previous night... slept in the sofa itself in sitting position with the books kept on his chest.

Roli with a smile went near him.

Roli took the book and kept it in on the cupboard.

Roli kept a pillow on the sofa and push him gently towards the pillow.

Also lift his legs and kept it in the sofa.

Siddhant now lay down in the sofa..

Roli covered him with a blanket and switched on the Air conditioner.

ROli admired at sleeping Siddhant with peace...

Part 15

Siddhant wake up in the evening and saw almost the full room was beautifully rearranged.

He saw himself sleeping in the sofa covered with blanket and understood Roli might have done it.

Siddhant smiled.

He got up and looked around.

He was unable to believe whether he is in his room only.

His book shelf, cupboard everything was set perfectly.

Siddhant was surprised to see how she did in just 1 day and that too within few hours.

When he was wondering looking around she heard her voice.

Roli: Siddhantji, you wish to have tea or kheer now.

SHe asked entering into the room with a smile.

Siddhant: I wish to have kheer.

Roli gave the kheer cup to him.

Siddhant: Roli you have not taken rest or what. You have changed the entire room.

Roli: I dont have practice to sleep in the day time. SO as it was getting bored. Just changed a little.

Siddhant: Hmmm..

Roli: Siddhantji... if you can get me plain cloth for this table cover, sofa cover and curtains, i can make embroidery in it.

Siddhant: Roli, i dont like all these shopping. You better go for shopping engaging some driver and purchase whatever you want.

Roli nod her head as acceptance.

Siddhant started going to office from the next day.

Roli took a car engaging a driver and went for shopping.

Siddhant already gave Roli some money for doing all those purchases.

Roli selected beautiful color and good material clothes.

Also purchased required items like needle, thread etc for embroidery.

She purchased some glas color too.

After reaching home, Roli started making designs in those clothes.

She continued that embroidery work on her free time after finishing the cooking tasks and after Siddhant leave to office.

The days were passing...

Roli wake up before Siddhant and keep his brush with paste ready near the wash basin.

Then his dress neatly pressed will be kept in the changing room for him to wear after taking bath.

His watch will be kept in the table near the sofa.

Then she brush his shoes and keep it near the sofa.

After keeping all ready for Siddhant, Roli go down to help SUjatha.

Roli cook food while Sujatha help her in cutting vegebles.

Siddhant after getting ready come down to the dining hall and have food.

Siddhant started liking her cooking a lot.

It used to be tasty and also with varieties.

While he return, the changing dress will be kept ready in the changing room.

Roli bring hot tea for him to drink with a smile.

Siddhant drink that and sit with the book.

Roli goes down to take care of prepartion of Dinner.

After having Dinner, SIddhant sleep in the bed while Roli sleep in the sofa...

Part 16

Siddhant was tensed.

Siddhant return home upset.

He not even go to his room and sat in the hall sofa with Mataji, Sujatha.

Roli was cutting vegetables for Dinner sitting in the dining table.

Mataji: Siddahnt why are you so tensed? You are looking upset too.

Siddhant: Mataji, i am invited by a business associate for a party.

Mataji: Siddhant where is there to get tensed or upset in this.

Siddhant: The thing is they have called with family.

Mataji: So what. You take Roli with you.

Siddhant: Mataji, why are you not understanding? She neither knows to talk to those business people nor she can join me in the dance floor.

Mataji & Sujatha looked at each other.

Sujatha: Siddhant, so many will be coming in the party. All wife or husband may not know to dance. And where is necessity for Roli to talk instead you can talk to them right.

Siddhant: Maaji, Always i cant talk. Please understand how can i answer if someone ask ROli something.

Mataji: Siddhant, i think you are taking too much tension. Instead just take her and go. She too will be learning only if she too get such learning chances on how to mingle with people.

Siddhant was not conviced.

He got up from there and went to his room.

Roli who was hearing all these conversation got tears on her eyes...

After sometime.. ROli went to Mataji & Sujatha.

Roli: Mataji, shall i ask something.

Mataji: Yes Roli.

ROli: Can i go to my parents house for a week?

Mataji: Of course you can. I do understand SIddhant never took you anywhere or your parents house since you got married. I will tell him to drop you in your parents house from the party..

Roli: Mataji, But am i fit to attend the party?

Mataji: Roli, why are you talking like that? If you are not fit then who will fit for that. you can very well attend the party.

Roli: But Siddhantji...

mataji: Oh! You heard what he was telling. He is just getting afraid unnecessarily. No need for such worries. Just go to party and enjoy.

Roli: Ok Mataji.

Roli went to her room with cup of tea for Siddhant.

After giving him tea, Roli started packing her dresses for a week trip to her parent's house.

Siddhant was wondering what Roli is packing.

But his tension was about the party.

Siddhant: Roli do you know anything about party? Do you have any party wear dress.

Roli: Yes. i do have a party wear.

Siddhant: Ok wear that and be ready by tomorrow evening.

Roli: Ok.

Roli took the tea cup and went down.

Siddhant was afraid about what is going to happen in the party...

Part 17

Mataji informed SIddhant to leave Roli in her parent's house after completion of party.

Siddhant agreed and went to office.

Roli finished her embroidery work of all the clothes.

Roli changed the table cloth.

She changed the sofa cover.

She changed the curtain.

Pillow cover..

Bed sheet.

Blankets...

All in same color with matching embroidery work.

She looked around.

Roli was fully satisfied.

Roli started paining in the french window glass.

She finished painting too in few hours.

After completing all the works Roli looked at the clock.

It was around 5 PM.

Roli remembered Siddhant telling her to be ready by 6 PM.

Roli took bath and put the party wear dress.

She dropped her hair loose with a small clip holding bunch of her hair.

Roli was looking pretty.

She looked at the clock which was showing the time as 6.

Roli received call from Siddhant.

Siddhant: Roli, i am held up in some work and i may leave office little late. SO can you come to party hall directly. I will join you there.

Roli: Ok Sure. Address.

Siddhnat: I will SMS you & the driver.

Roli: Ok.

Line was disconnected.

Roli was thinking, she was planning to show him all these embroidery work and the glass paining on the window when he come home.

But now...

No use of thinking anything.

Roli went down.

Roli: Mataji, he told me to come to party hall and he will join there coming directly.

Mataji: Ok. Did you took dress for taking to your parent house.

Roli: Yes. I have taken.

Sujatha: Roli, we will be missing you here. Please come in a week.

Roli: Sure maaji. I too cant stay away from you all.

Roli got tears.

Roli took blessings fo the elders and left the house towards party hall...

Part 18

Roli saw Siddhant waiting for Roli in the entrace of the party hall.

ROli got down from the car..

Siddhant skipped his heart beat for a moment.

ROli with a smile went near Siddhant.

His eyes were admiring her beauty.

He was lost for a moment.

Roli: Siddhantji...

Siddhant regained his conscious on her calling.

Siddhant: Lets get in.

Siddhant turned towards the party hall while Roli went behind him.

They saw all young couples moving holding thier hand smiling at each other.

Siddhant looked at themselves who were walking with couple of feet distance.

He stopped while ROli too stopped thinking what has happend.

Siddhant slowly forward his hands to hold her hands and intertwined their hands.

ROli blushed.

Siddhant took her inside the party hall.

They sat in a table which was arranged in the party hall.

Siddant looked at Roli's beautiful face.

He was unable to shift his eyes from her.

He was not interest to leave the hands holding her too.

He tighten his grip of his hand.

ROli smiled facing down in shyness.

Siddhant: ROli...

When he was trying to talk something...

One of his business associate came there with his wife.

Friend: Hi Siddhant...

SIddhant: Hi...

Friend: Meet my wife Anusha.

Siddahnt: Meet my wife Roli.

Anusha: Hello Roli..

Roli: Hello Anusha.

Roli & Anusha shake their hands.

ANusha: Roli you got very pretty paty wear. Where did you purchased.

Roli: ANusha, this was plain chudidar which i purchased and did the work on my own.

Anusha: is it? You are realy talented. You are brilliant. You know i dont even know to hold needle.

Friend: ANusha what you know tell me. Neither cooking nor other works. The only thing you can do is roaming around and talking well.

They laughed.

Siddhant was wondering on their talk.

They left the place after a while.

Siddhant faced similar experiences with few more friends too.

Siddhant realised Roli is really talented than his friends wife.

Siddhant was feeling ashamed on thinking down about her.

After some time, it was announced that dancing will be started and all were invited to the dance floor.

Siddhant was hesitating to go to dance floor alone.

Roli: Siddhantji, you like dancing very well right. Then why are you waiting.

Siddhant: No Roli. It will be odd if i dance alone.

Roli: Why you need to dance alone?

Siddhant: I cant get you. Then with whom i will dance.

Roli: With me.

Siddhant: With you?

He was surprised.

Roli: yes. please come.

Siddhant was surprised and went behind Roli who was going ahead to him to the dance floor.

Roli forward her hands while Siddhant hold it and wrapped around his shoulders.

He wrapped his hands around her waist.

The music started...

Roli started dancing with Siddhant according to the music rhythm.

Siddhant was surprised.

Roli was dancing looking into his face with love.

Siddhant was lost on her eyes...
