Part 34Siddhant got up from his room and went down.
He looked for her in the hall.
Then he remembered Roli should be in the kitchen.
He went to the kitchen and stood near the entrance.
Siddhant saw ROli preparing chappati while Sujatha was cutting vegetable for side dish.
Siddhant was admiring Roli with a smile.
Siddhant was enjoying the feeling he was getting on seeing her.
The excitement...
The thrill...
The butterflies around him...
Siddhant with a smile entered into the ktichen.
SUjatha noticed him and smiled.
Sujatha: Siddhant.. you in the kitchen?
She asked surprised as he is coming to kitchen for first time..
Siddhant: Yes maaji. Just wanted to have some water.
Sujatha: But Siddhant... You used to take water from dining table..
Siddhant realised he is caught.
Siddhant: But there is no water in the table thats why.
Roli interrruppted.
Roli: But SIddhantji... Just few mintues back i kept the water filled in the jar in the dining table.
Siddhant was thinking, Oh Roli! I am trying to convince Maaji with some reason for coming into the kitchen. You are making me get caught.
Sujatha noticed his reactions and chuckled.
Sujatha: Siddhant, its ok. you take water from kitchen and drink. We dont mind.
Siddhant very well know Sujatha understood he has come for Roli.
Siddhant with a weird smile looked around as he doesnt know whether they keep water inside the kitchen.
Sujatha: Siddhant, the water is in that corner.
She showed the direction of water to him.
Siddhant took a glass of water in his hands and went near ROli..
Siddhant: Maaji what are you preparing today.
He was asking Sujatha but his eyes were around Roli..
Sujatha: Siddhant, Roli is preparing Chapati
Siddhant: No Maaji. I asked what you are preparing.
Sujatha: I dont think that you asked about me. And if yes i am not preparing anything. just cutting the vegetables.
Sujatha was sitting in the dining table chair which was inside the kitchen & cutting the vegetable.
Siddhant sat on another chair and his eyes were still gazing at Roli.
Sujatha did not leave him from teasing
Sujatha: Siddhant do you want anything.
Siddhant: No Maaji. I was getting bored. You wont even letting me to go to office. So just came here to time pass.
Sujatha: Hmmm. Yes. I can see how you are passing your time.
Siddhant kept his hand on his cheeks and was looking Roli.
Sujatha after finishing cutting vegetables, gave the vegetables to ROli.
Sujatha: Roli, it is done. I will come finishing some work in my room.
Sujatha was not interested to disturb them anymore.
She went of the kitchen with a smile.
Siddhant was unable to hold him going near her.
He got up and went near her.
Siddhant: ROli, shall i help you.
ROli was shocked by his sudden question from behind.
ROli: No Siddhantji. Chappati almost completed. Only Side dish need to be prepared. Vegetables are ready. Just need to prepare that.
Siddhant: Then tell me what to do with that vegetables. I will do for you.
Roli: hmm. If you want you just wash it and keep it for drying.
Siddhant: Ok.
Siddhant took the bowl of vegetables and went near the sink.
He filled the water in the bown while his eyes were looking at Roli.
Water got filled in the bowl and started overflowing from it.
Roli hearing the water sound turned towards the sink.
Roli rushed to close the tap.
Roli: SIddhantji, What are you doing? The water is getting waste as well as the vegetables too.
Siddhant was only admiring her face with a smile.
ROli took the bowl from him and kept it for drying.
In the menatime, the chappati was burnt in the gas.
ROli: Oh God!
She rushed to take the chapati from the gas.
Roli: Siddhantji.. Look at this Chappati. Becuase of you this got burnt.
She showed upset face to him.
Siddhant was admiring her upset face too.
Roli was wondering what happened to him suddenly that he is looking at her like this.
Roli continued her work of preparing chappati.
SIddhant sat on the slab..
Roli: Siddhantji.. WHat is this? you sat in the slab.
Siddhant: So what Roli. Let it be.
Roli after finishing chappati continued preparing Side dish..
Siddhant was admiring her face and her actions throughout.
Sujatha who came to kitchen once saw Siddhant admiring her and left the kitchen leaving privacy to them with a smile.
Sujatha told about Siddhant in kitchen to Mataji and both laughed.
Roli was not only cooking vegetables, but also his heart...
