caps take longer ... so for me, what i do is that while the video is playing i click "prt sc" button on my computer (stands for print screen)... everytime you click it though, you need to paste the image you took before taking another screen shot, or you will lose that image... so click print screen, then pause the video, open a word document, and click "ctrl v" (so , paste) ... and then you can go back to the video and continue doing that... after that, when you have all of your images on microsoft, then you need to open up a program (in my computer it's called "snipping tool" , you can download it from the internet)... and once you open snipping tool, you click on new, and select the area you want a snip of, so i select the area of one image, then you click on the save button and save it (saves as jpeg file) ... you continue for the rest of the images in the file... then you go image shack and you can upload the images form your computer, and then like i said before, you copy the url from there and paste it here...
i don't know if my description made sense
and it's not a bother at all...
