Chapter 7
He couldn't stop the smile lingered on his face for a long time. The smooth cheek he had felt on his lips made his heart want more, he couldn't wait to feel the smooth sweet pink lips of her on his and if the taste of her on his would be sweet or a little sour like the girl she is. He thought back, how she had touched her cheek after coming out of the shock and he couldn't forget the smile that played on her lips and the crimson red tinted on her cheek. The more he thought of her, the more he groans to touch her, to devour her. The hidden monster on him was rising slowly around her, and he need to control hi, if he wanted her to feel something for him.
"Are you sure, you are paying attention?" he recognized the voice and snaps back to the reality and saw his brother sitting in front of his office desk with amusement. His brother is a simple and sweet man, with an elegant nature. He is 5'6 tall and his board muscles fitted white shirt beneath the black tuxedo. The black tight jeans make his fair face more approachable for women. But he never give a second glance to them, he valued the traditions of his family more than his wants.
But Sid was totally different from his, though he could be proclaimed as the younger, he never thinks of him as that. Prem and he never had felt each other as elder or younger brother, hey never felt the discrimination. He was a man of himself, the stubborn man and the attitude never kept aside, he was a man where the women touched his feet.
"Yes, Prem. I am" he replied taking the kept file on the desk, casually reading it, knowing the frowned eyes of his brother.
"I guess I should leave. Since your secretary is here to handle you" the word secretary made him snap to look at the door his brother was motioning and his breathe almost caught in his throat.
All voices hushed and movement paused, as if time itself did not dare continue its incessant journey in the presence of such a creature. She walked so gracefully that she appeared to float through the office, seemingly unaware of the effect her presence had on those around her. Her perfect lips curved into a smile, greeting her co-workers. Her black hair was poker-straight and pulled back into a low pony-tail. She wore little make-up and her dress code was typical Indian style, the tight blue gown till the mid leg, and the white loose salwar pant, the duppata clung to her neck flowing from her shoulder to her mid back. The matching earrings made her more prominent as an Indian girl.
She reached her bosses office door and knocked. After getting a response, she walked inside. Her boss office was manly. The white plain wall with square fitted tiles. Some pictures of birds, animals and also one Dragon hanged on the boring wall to make it interesting. The ceiling had a fan on. There was two self opposite each other on the corners holding books and files. In the middle of the room the desk had the scattered files, with a computer on it. And there was a small pen standing having a lot of different color pens and markers. The desk was surrounded by three chairs, May be one for the boss and other two for the workers who could be discussing on here or for some clients.
She then realized two chairs were occupied and she saw two pair of amusing eyes on her who resulted to blush for her silliness of not greeting her bosses first and was engrossed in admiring the room. She first greeted Prem, with a sweet smile showing her perfect white teeth, extending her hand to shake with his. She didn't felt nervous anymore, since he would be a part of her family according to the elders talk she heard that her sister is going to be marry him and in relation he would be her brother-in-law. He greets back and left the office with a mischievous smile lingered on his face.
That's when she noticed his glowing eyes for her. He was no doubt gorgeous with the tousled dark brown hair, which was thick and lustrous. His eyes were a mesmerizing deep ocean blue, flecks of silvery light performed ballets throughout. He had dark brown eyebrows which sloped downwards in a serious expression. He had a straight and long defined nose and a thin pair of lips. His usually playful smile had drawn into a hard line across his face.
"Good morning sir" she greeted with a fake smile. She was deep in thought of the reason behind his hard line face. Why was he always serious on his office, why not a playful man here also she knew he didn't want anyone to know about his playful nature but she couldn't pin point about the different behavior of him in front of her. She had noticed he didn't behave like hat eve with his family hen why with her.
"Good morning." He replied casually. "Take this file, I want it to be done by an hour" he came straight to the work, which causes her heart to sting a little. She felt hurt at the direct talk of work. She at least thought he would talk about the small incident happened between them. She took the file with a nod and left to her office with an ache on her heart and Un-known tear escaped her eyes, which she wiped quickly before someone could notice.
