maybe kushi paid the doctor to lie to prem that simar cannot have kids , i think it is her plan to separate prem and simar so when roli is all set to be the surrogate mom they will get to know the truth and will stop at the last minute.

anu its not confirmed yet .only rosid have tried to convince premar and premar hav not accepted yet as per ibn7 segment.even they shud be able to convince the family about it but i think premar will say no to this.so dont say its confirmed.

they will take that track but i think they will not go through with it, maybe at the last minute they will know there is nothing wrong with simar and she can have a baby.
