I'm not getting Simar's behavior. After telling Prem that she's not his wife, why's she still acting like she actually is? And is she waiting for Prem to recover and tell everybody that they're not actually married?

I think the doc was about to tell Prem's mom that he's gone into a coma - that way, they can drag on Simar staying in this house as bahu, and nobody being any the wiser.

If Roli later on gets romantically attracted to anyone - be it Sid or someone else from college, will Simar try and block her marriage on grounds of bigamy?

Speaking of which, I liked Sid's opening moves, where he talked one of the bhabis into talking her hubby into moving to his London office. Actually, Sid is my fav 'villain' from any show - he's not exactly a bad character, but is not one of the self sacrificing mahaan types either, and knows exactly how to exact his revenge. I love how he bought an expensive necklace for one bhabi, leaving her resentful of mataji when she was ordered to remove it, and now is sweet talking another into accepting a great position.

I hope he succeeds in uniting the entire famiy against mataji, and then mataji dies, so that his plan of wrecking the family falls flat on its face since everybody would be on his side.
