What kind of bank is this? I mean all the banks have CCTV every where especially in the locker room..Didn't anyone see what Ishwar is doing with the papers? If he was genuinely taking them out then he will not be hiding it and stealing it in first place. Also, I thought that a bank related person will be with the person opening the locker all the times for security reasons..I don't understand this scene with so many bloopers..

I have used lockers many times, the bank staff just put there keys in and open with there key then leave the customer and after that the customer puts there keys to open it fully, once you use your locker and close it with your key then you don't need the bank staff to come and close. If another person come with a customer and says he/she is with me then the bank has no objection , usually or atleast in my bank the CCTV is just outside the entrance to the locker room not inside the room for privacy reasons, may be in other banks they do. It does not look a blooper to me as BP came with BM so they didn't suspect him.

Fine. May be you are right because I haven't used any lockers in India. I live in US and here the system is different. If someone is with the customer and wants to enter the locker area with that person then they have to show photo id. And here in US CCTV is placed every where for security reasons..So may be thats why I thought it to be a blooper and for my few folks there in India might not feel it is a blooper..

I just asked my mom how it works since I live in the US too...apparently, the security remains close to you throughout the entire time (ie in the same room). Maybe it's just different in India...would any person living in India using bank lockers shed some light on this blooper mystery? 😆

@MadameX: Apparently, I guess Venture has said in her comment that she used lockers in India and its different there..She has mentioned in her comment that usually the camera are outside the rooms and not inside..So may be its different in US only. And I have mentioned the same thing as you in my comment. Its ok let it be may be its not a blooper after all if we see according to Indian system..

Okay my Parents both work in a Bank..So i asked them, They certainly have CCTV installed inside the Locker room too. and i also asked Mom "Why didn't they say anything to him? If they were monitoring the locker room" And she says "If he has entered with her for the same locker then he can do whatever he wants, Its BM's fault that she didnt pay attention" 😕
...Bank is not responsible for this. But she also said that If the Customer(Badi-Ma) Complains regarding the papers, Bank can show the CCTV and say that "yes it was your Husband who stole it, But we didn't say anything because he was also given the authority to access the Locker"

I have used locker in UK here it is stranger then in US or back home , they take the customer to this private room and bring there locker box to them. !! I bank with Barclays ! I did asked them that some body can run away with the box and the said no nobody can leave this room with it as camera and security is there ! I live in a small town with population of may be 20 000 maximum , so may be in bigger cities it's different
Hari patti is right that's how it is may be there must be a camera inside but I didn't notice !if BM would have said something to manager that I don't want him with me they would have stopped him , it's her responsibility

I do not think it was blooper
Still there are so many banks those do not have CCTV. Plus I think BP said he is joint holder of locker, even if he was not I guess bank people let go. I a telling from my own experience where I went with my SIL to her locker and vice verse. No one had stopped us.
