This week the new Language which you'll learn is very simple, Just Mix up all the Language you know and What you get is a New Bombay(Mumbaiya) Ishtyle Language. 😆
Marathi is the official language of Mumbai (Bombay), yet languages like Hindi and English are widely and Weirdly 😆 spoken by the people. Mumbaiya or Bambaiya Hindi is the slang language of Mumbaikars. So This week what you all will learn is Dependent on you. Either the Tapori Lingo or Normal Hindi. Tapori literally translates into Rowdy in hindi.This colloquial speech is a blend of Hindi,Marathi,English, Gujarati, Kannada and tamil. So in short its a Bhelpuri of languages😆.
Some of the Common Sentences used by These people:
1.Apun : It's actual meaning is WE but in here it means I or me…
2. How are you- Kya haal hai Boss?
3.Jhakaas : Superb. Excellent.
4. Keeda /SulemaniKeeda / RehmaniKeeda: An absolute pest. 🤣
5. Atrangi also mean something strange or extraordinary. 😆
6. Mama / Maushi : Mama and Maushi translate to the maternal uncle and aunt. These words are thoroughly misused to get some work done. Normally used while speaking Marathi. Every other Marathi speaking street vendor would be a Mama or a Maushi. (to increase the stakes while bargaining) 😆
7. Mandvali / Mandavli : Compromise /Negotiation or truce
8. Dhakkan: Dhakkan in its true sense would mean a cover. Here it refers to anyone with a moronic intellect or an Idiot
9. See, You are afraid: Dekh , teri to "FAT" gayi (Spell Fat as F-ah-t😆)
10. I don't care about it much- Abe yaar , "Hata Saawan Ki Ghata" 😆
11. Bhidu- Friend 😕 😆
