So from my previous post you have gathered that I could've murdered that man for preventing me from meeting Ragini! HOW DARE HE? 😡When I came home, it hit me! "OMG, she was so close, yet so far" 😒I was literally few yards away from her, I could see her but couldn't reach her on time. I cried like a BABY😠(on my own at home) Then I remember that Ragini called on Sheema di's mobile, so I asked Di to give me that number.
So with that I started my mission!Mission Ragini
At 7:30am 17th October, I was at work. I decided to call the phone number. I gentleman picked up. I said "Hello Sir, very sorry to bother you so early. I was wondering if you could help me. I wanted to meet Ragini yesterday but I couldn't could you please tell me how I can get in touch with her?". He said "I'm sorry I cannot give you her contact details, I'm not allowed. I said "I understand the confidentiality protocol but I really want to speak to her, is there any way? Can I have Suchita Patel's number please?" He very kindly gave me the number.
I went back to work, then 30 minutes later I called Ms Patel and explained what I wanted. She said "I did bring her out, other lady was there (Sheema di) but it was not possible for her to come again". I said I understand but please allow me to speak to her somehow, I MUST speak to her! I cannot NOT speak to her. Ms Patel said I cannot give you Ragini's number, sorry. I said okay fine, can you give her a message from me and my number. Please tell her that I am eagerly waiting to talk to her." Again my luck was on my side. She said "I will pass your message and number to Ragini but now she is she's out with her mother" I said "okay, no problems I will wait"
I thanked her and I hang up the phone.😊 This was early morning before 9am.
Back to work, I kept checking my phone in between seeing patients and checking files. Every time a patient arrived, I thought "why couldn't you have cancelled today?😡 What if SHE calls me?" I tried hard to maintain my professionalism and perform my duties while "RAGINI, RAGINI was in the back of my mind"...1 hour gone, 2 hours gone.🤔 Then I sent Ms Patel a text message "I'm sorry to be best but did you send the message to Ragini?" 20 minutes later came a reply! "Yes I have conveyed your message to her". Phew, I was relieved to know that!
Then at about 12:30 pm pm I got a missed call from Ms Patel. I called her back. She wanted to know how I got her number, I told her how. She then said "I've given the message to Ragini, it's up to her when she would call you". I said "okay, not to worry I am willing to wait, thankyou".
After about an hour, I started to worry thinking "why hasn't she called yet?" Then I thought Ms Patel must be worried that I know her number. So very embarrassed I sent a message to Ms Patel "I will not share your number with anyone, don't worry".
At about 2pm, I received a missed call again from Ms Patel (missed as I was with patient-I don't answer calls if I'm seeing patients, my phone was on silent). I called her back saying "I'm so sorry to have missed your call, I was occupied". Ms Patel said "yeah I tried my best, I have given your details to her". I said THANKYOU SO much I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE it, may GOD BLESS YOU, I will give you LOTS OF DUA'S, DIL SE! Then she said "I just spoke to Ragini, she said she will call you after 5 pm, she's busy right now. She's leaving for India tonight". I said "oh that's great, I look forward to it, thankyou". I felt to happy! 😃
During working and waiting time, I checked the departures for India from Heathrow. I thought "hhhm, I have an idea,😉 I finish work at 4 pm, so even if she doesn't call, I can go and see her at the AIRPORT! Luckily it's 1:15 minutes drive from my home! Work today, dragged like hell. I wanted to leave asap...I wanted to go Ragini!
I finished work, drove back home, then started getting ready for MISSION RAGINI! My mother was home so I said "I'm going out to meet someone, a friend" 😆 I will be back around 9pm. She said okay. And to my own astonishment, I was ready IN 25 minutes. I have NEVER RUSHED like this before! Ironed, freshened up and before I knew it, I was READY! I even applied make-up, lightly. I am amazed at how I did that! 😕😆
I left at exactly 4:45pm. While driving, I KEPT thinking, I MUST MEET her. I cannot let her go without seeing me. I will not allow it! I will go and see her and give her that hug I've always wanted to give! "OH Allah if this comes true, then Ishallaah I will donate 100 to charity and keep a fast in your great name...please just make my dream come true...I want this more than anything right now!"😊 Kept driving with optimism. It was as if though, each mile my car drove, I was that many steps closer to seeing her! OH MY!! 😃
I checked the clock, it said 5:25pm, hhmm she has not called yet?? 🤔I sent a text message "I'm sorry did you say Ragini will call me after 5pm?" (while driving-I can't type so I's already made draft copies, ready to be sent) I slowed down and VERY carefully sent it!
At around 5:40, my phone rang, yeay, it was on speaker phone, so I'm still doing the right thing, don't worry guys!😆 "Hi is that Ragini?" RK - "Yes, it is" ME- "How are you?" RK-"I'm doing great thankyou" ME "Where about are you now" RK -"We're leaving shortly for India" ME- "Are you at the airport yet?" "RK-No, Not yet", ME- "I'm coming to meet you, like I said I will, I am on my way" RK - "Sheemu, What? No way, but it's unnecessary" ME -"I must see you and HUG you before you leave" RK-"You're on your way na, okay come along, I will see you there", ME- "I'm only about 15-20 minutes away, RK- "Okay fine see you then". 😃
She spoke to me, for the 2nd TIME!! WOHOOO!! I was so happy. I HAD CONFIRMED THAT I WILL MEET HER! My Ragini! UFF I was in ecstasy! 😳 😆
