And oh whoops, sorry...yeah, my grandma named me that...I was born and some time later she and my mom went to some festival or whatever and she heard some lady calling out to her kid saying, "Ekta! Ekta! Ekta!" So my grandma just kinda fell in love with the name and was like, "Iska chota naam Ekta rakhthe hain." 😆

And I like being callled Ekta too. 😆 When I was little and used to spell things through phonetics, I thought my name was spelled Akata. 🤣🤣 One day my dad saw me write it on paper and he was like, "What the hell is Akata?!" And I was like, "It's my name." And he was like, "Are you stupid?!" 🤣 Then typical Punjabi fashion, he blamed mom for my dumbness. 🤣
