Just like many ppl have pointed out already, i agree that this serial has put a lot of exaggerations like diagnosing brain tumor without brain scan, doctor not telling the patient that she's not pregnant, suhana continuously breaking things and everyone else keeps quiet etc....but i think every serial or for tat matter every film also has atleast a few exaggerations in it....and it is licensed too for a writer to make few changes to real life...u can check in google too if u want as proof...it's called artistic license where a writer, poet, narrator or anyone from the art field has the right to distort facts, or make small changes to create more interest in the viewers....like i said this license has been used in each and every serial and film(even in the most realistic film u will find atleast one exaggeration)...

but watever it is, anyone will have to give credit to the creatives of SGP for showing that life can never be a bed of roses and that every person mite have gone thru some tragedy in life but it depends on tat person whether he wants to live in the sadness of the tragedy or continue life happily...if u take the case of each and every person in SGP, each one has gone thru some big tragedy in life

radha bua - got married to a stupid guy and was raped by his friend...she cudnt enjoy the bliss of mother hood also bcos of her traumatic experience...but the kashyap family(esp badi ma) was always der to support her and even prevent her from aborting her kid which is why atleast today she is happy....

badi ma - we all know wat tragedy she went thru. A husband leaving his wife for another woman and throwing all his responsibilities of his parents and children on the woman can be one of the worst tragedies...

alok - he had to shoulder the responsibility of the entire family wen his brother left...also, although he desired he was not able to give enuf time to his own wife bcos of the responsibilities..

rano - had to sacrifice all her desires wen she was newly married so that her husband can concentrate on supporting the family and she also supported him throughout...

ishaan - must have shattered like hell wen he knew that the girl she married never loved him...also, he cudnt tell this matter to any other member of the family thinking it wud hurt them horribly...and now, he has to go thru the pain of knowing that his wife has brian tumor...

deepak - living entire childhood witout mother's love and later knowing that his dad is a rapist..

disha - her husband was not working for a long time wen she came to this house and she had to work and contribute the money...though this was not a tragedy, she must have felt really bad wen her husband was taunted for not working..

panna - her husband too left her wit all responsibilities mainly paying loan of such an expensive house and leaving her wit such a cruel mother in law...

dadaji and dadiji - the pain they felt wen their son left them must have made them ashamed of the way they brought him up...though we have never seen this pain, we can understand it...

ishika and meeti are too small to go thru such tragedies yet...

elesh - if the story goes as per OBS, he's gonna be cheated at work place...tat's also gonna end him up in big trouble for doing illegal work though unknowingly..

rajni - we have not seen anything yet for her's but from OBS i assume she also has a sad story..

inder - he also had to spend his entire life witout a father

and last but not the least - suhana - though her life looks void of pain from outside, we know how much she misses her mother. Also, the kind of girl she is, she must have been shattered wen sid broke her heart...also now she's having brain tumor...the whole family unknowingly gave her the pleasure of thinking she's pregnant and this kind of tragedy is gonna fall on her...

though each one has their share of problems, they have stood together and never let the other person stay in tat sadness...tat is wat i call a joint family but i'm sure such kind of families must be very very rare in today's world...like ishaan once said, looks like all the good ppl in the world are in tat house!!so, dont u think we sud give credit to the CV's for giving us such an optimistic and realistic serial??

@lakshmi...wondeful post..loved it...and very true...life cannot always be a bed of roses...very nicely written the way each one had to face tragedies in life...😃

Poor suhana.................sari umar woh maa ke pyaar ko taras ti rahi.......ab jab use maa ka pyaar mila toh zindagi kam pad gayi😭

ya lakshmi u r right.........only in this serial all the family members r positive and there are not negative character in the family. all are concerned for each other. i have seen 1st time on tv such a supportive family. u r right such families r very rare in these days. i always appreciate CV for this creation. and that is why i m following this serial from the day one. This is not like another saas -bhu types and rona-dhona.......

Ishaan.......... Ishaan................. Poor him. He must have been heart broken, dejected, lost, broken, depressed, everything. I am using the lyrics of Jag Soona Soona Lage to describe him.

In the past two days, all Ishaan was dreaming of was to become a father, to his would be child. But as fate would have it, he found out that he is not a father and to top it all, Suhana's brain tumor was detected. His dream, his life has been shattered. The child has gone and so will his wife. Suhana has always been the world to Ishaan. How would Ishaan ever live without his world. The happiness in his life has short lived. He has never lived a happy life for long. While searching for a bride, all the brides rejected him until he met Suhana. Now, that he married Suhana she said that she does not believe in their marriage and that she doesn't love him. Heart broken yet again. Now, that Suhana has confessed that she loves him, she had to have brain tumor. Doesn't he deserve to be happy at least for once? Is he so bad that he can't stay happy forever? Why has life always chosen to desert him? Why has he been so unlucky in marriage? What mistake has he committed ? I won't blame it on past life, etc. because I don't believe it. Maybe its just a testing phase, so that he can have happiness for the rest of his life. Maybe that's what in store for his. Happiness. Yes, that's what waiting for him. I really hope and pray that the Kashyap family and Ishaan stay positive and help Suhana recover rather than being heart broken forever.

My message for Ishaan : Ishaan, don't blame it on yourself. Just don't blame. It is just a time where you have to stay calm and composed and prove to the world that love is not all about giving expensive gifts to people, but it is about staying with your loved ones in times of difficulties. Don't loose hope and give hope to Suhana.

Off late I did see lot of posts where ppl criticized how the brain tumor is diagnosed and why was her false pregnancy was not diagnosed earlier. All i would say is that suhana ishann have already had their share of sorrows after married life. But maybe this angle was also required.

Suhana learns a lot about family love, support and how is love more impt than money during this phase of illness.

I am looking forward to seeing the good family scenes. And after all a test of relationship is during hard times only. Good times the whole world is there but it is such times which test the strength of any relationship.
