I agree that it was a direction mistake, because if you see the scene, ishan enters saying kya ho raha hai suhana ! :)

And after seeing the episode, I think why Suhana has not felt Ishaan's loved etc is because until now, Ishaan has always talked to her like a friend, she has never heard him or tell him or express his love. He has always been there like a friend to her and taht is the reason why Suhaana never realised her love ?
It reminds of kalhonaho, wherein Preity starts liking Saif once he gets over the friendship mode.

i am going mad i mean literally it was the best scene ever i wanted Sushaan to be alone but thats okay i mean Sonali wasnt saying any stupid stuff and all she was not annoying today..... but seriously i loved the scene and i am 500% sure that Suhana is falling for Ishaan please its a request watch the scene again and look into Suhana's eyes they were shouting that 'i love this man he is the sweetest husband'.....and the way Suhana said:aur bolo aur bolo its like she never wanted him to stop she loves when Ishaan praise her it is proved that Suhana is falling for Ishaan she always fight wid him but today she was relaxed and she listened to everything Ishaan said and she didnt even make fun of him i am so excited about future episodes its goingperfect.....
