Fantastic epi today! The dance-song sequence with the ladies was just fabb! Badi Maa's elegant and graceful dancing and then the way everyone joined in.....from Suhana's portions to the RB portions....really loved the entire sequence...and then the way the situation changed in a heartbeat with the phonecall......
RB's reaction.....the panic....the entire house plunged into gloom....I found that moment very significant when RB is pacing up and down in agitation and suddenly she notices Suhana staring at her with tears in her eyes and abruptly she turns away....as if she doesn't want to reveal her raw vulnerability like this in front of Suhana....I thought that was a very interestingly played out moment.
Raunak's scene with his father was really nice too.....and I'm wondering if Inder knows the truth of RB's past given his volatile reaction to being asked about it.....all in all, the drama is really picking up....looking forward to next week.

I loved the dance sequence with the ladies! It was such a great idea I think too! Aww it was too sweet.
I just loved the whole idea of having this song, you know with VERY apt lyrics too. The whole, 'aaj phir jeene ki tamana hai'. I just loved the whole idea of USING this song, and kind of showing how Badi ma and Radha bua were forgetting their past, and just living for this moment. I loved how they showed Badi ma and Radha bua both kind of getting sucked back into the reality of their torturous pasts, and then the beauty of the song/moment bringing them back to TODAY, this moment happening right now, and allowing them to forget everything and just enjoy these moments with the people they love.
And even the whole you know, how Badi ma used to love dancing and all! I teared up slightly just thinking about what a happy and carefree soul she must've been before she had to go through everything in her life. And just the fact that she could be that carefree person again, who loved dancing was a really sweet thought. Just how PERFECT was the song choice?
And how they had the "gift of a smile" moment in between too, was awesome. Loved Suhana and Badi ma's bonding in the song. And loved how everyone joined in at the end! Aww TOOO CUTE!! It was such a ladies moment, where they all kind of just shared this moment. Forgot their sorrows/past and just lived the moment completely.
The emotions of the song, the emotions of all the characters, the mood, everything made it a beautiful moment to watch! I know I'm repeating myself alot but, an amazing idea and so well conceptualized too!
And o yeahhh I loved the way that was contrasted. The happy moment of the song/dance and then the phone call! It just made the moment even more horrifying. What a turn of events na?
@ bold: Me too! I thought that was a significant moment as well! It's so interesting I think. It's always with Suhana that RB reacts this way as if RB can sense that Suhana can see through her and RB is afraid of letting out her true emotions. Really cool how that was shown.
I was totally shocked with this turn of events too man! Totally didn't see this coming! But aww felt SO bad for Deepak. He must've learned the truth about RB, and blamed himself for being the cause of grief to his mom all these years. And the situation is such, that he believes 'killing himself is the only way out'. I mean most of the times, you can help solve something, but in this case it's his own FACE that's the problem. How do you fix that?
O yeah the other scene I loved was the scene of Raunak and his Dad. I don't know why, but that scene actually made me tear up a little! Maybe cuz we've never seen bonding of that sort in that household. I esp. just loved the way, Raunak's dad was like "I'm more upset about the thought that you kept this to yourself all along. And you were suffering by yourself all this time" Awwwww! Loved the way he understood Raunak so well there and his words were much needed. Esp. the way he tells Raunak he trusts him and all too. Great father and son moment there.
Seriously, this episode was so heavy on emotions. Really touching episode all around. Can't wait for next week either man!
