SPOILER FOR TODAY'S EPISODE

Hello SGPians!!😊Today on SBS they showed a spoiler kinda segment of SGP where they show the Khichdi team meeting the Kashyaps at Amroha..Yes..It was a continuation of the precap which was shown yesterday....SO if u wanna see today's epi without knowing it...pls dont read...for the rest..here's what happenes in today's episode...

Hansa tells Rajni-Dissha-Inder-Ilesh-Sushaan..Khana khake jaana huh...and then Rajni says...arre khana toh aap khake jayenge na..aap tho guests hai na...And then as usual...Hansa..mistakes guests for GHOSTS😆She tells that she is not yet dead that she is a guest(GHOST)😆😆And then Disha serves orange juice to the Khichdi family..and then Hansa says she wont have it...When they ask the reason..Praful says...ki the orange colour juice doesnt match with the blue sari Hansa is wearing😆😆And then our very own tubelight..Suhana exclaims...OMG!!!Aap juice saari ke saath match karke peete ho???😆😆And then Himanshu says...arre haan...Hansaben always matches her sari colour with the food colour and consumes it...Even when she wears a black sari...She always has jala hua khana(food thats burnt..intentionally)😆😆

On a SIDENOTE..I remember reading an article earlier where JD Majethia said that their show Behneien had a better opening than Sasural Genda Phool...And now they are taking the sahara of Sasural genda Phool itselkf for promoting their movie Khichdi😆😆

can u just tell me more abt the characters of khichdi...and who are playing it..cos i dont want to have any confusion while watching it..

Here u go:-

Main characters:

Tulsidas, the family patriarch, always in a bad mood, but is known to have a good heart. His wife dies but in an episode she returns. Although it was dream her clothes and jewellery is kept on his side table. His is seen to be fed up of his sons and daughter in law but at end loves them.
Jayshree, the widowed daughter in law, who aims to sell the mansion and live in an independent apartment.She loves to gossip and is mostly on a phone to Ba who at the end of the call faints. She seemed to take control of house and has a very good relation with Hansa and is her sister.
Praful, arguably the most colourful character in the series, Praful is Tulsidas' son, and notoriously stupid. He is often seen interpreting things at face value, leading to hilarious situations. He always does any work opposite which makes Tulsidas mad at him. He also translates the English words although they are incorrect e.g. Magical becomes Magi kal.
Hansa, Praful's wife, and equally, if not more, stupid. This couple is usually the darling of the audience, and are almost always the scene stealers. She never works in house while saying that,"Mein kaam karoongi!" and always fully dressed up. she doesn't speak English and hence is translated to her by Praful. She is most fond of sister Jayshree.

Secondary characters:'

Badi Maa (played by Dina Pathak), mother of Tulsidas , very fun loving and very fond of pani-puri, but Dina Pathak died tragically after 25 episodes, played by Lili Patel for about 15 episodes
Faiba (played by Kalpana Diwan), aunt of Tulsidas, she is the one whose house they go to live in in the second season
Raju (played by Amit Verma), son of Tulsidas. Very arrogant and always makes muscles.
Mellisa, wife of Raju. Jayshree seems to be jealous of her. And Tulsidas always says that, " Main ne to pehle hi kaha tha yeh ladki raju ke liye theek nahi hai". Jayshree refers her as 'kadki'.
Himanshu, brother of Hansa. He works as a cooking teacher. Instead of being in his own house he stays in his brother in law's house.His common dialogue is 'kise ko pata bhi nahi chlega.'
Jacky, son of Jayshree. Has a catchphrase of "Bade Log Bade Log" which he says along with Chakki.
Chakki, daughter of Hansa and Praful. Has a catchphrase of "Bade Log Bade Log" which she saysalong with Jacky.
Jignesh, brother of jayeshree
Bhavesh Kumar, son-in-law of the "Parekhs". He is always hungry and keeps eating all the time without doing no work.
Hira and Mira, daughters of Tulsidas. Mira is Bhavesh's wife and Hira always has the urge to go to the toilet.

@shounak..thanks a lot...the characters itself are very interesting and funny...would like to see the show one day...hope i get all the episodes..now waiting for the khichdi-SGP union...

Yeh Shounak , Khicdi needs Tadka of SGP to make it tastier as SGP has the TADKA effect on every show, may it be any award show or game show, some how everybody needs a PIECE of SGP and usually its our MASTER PIECE , SUHANA and still SGP is not even on top 3 or even 5

Oh Gawd! Hansaben is JUST too much ... I wish there are some more classic tete-e-tetes between them in the actual episode.

Guys, I agree that Behenain is a regular ghisa pita sas bahu soap

but please dont show down Khichdi..... It was one of a kind and was very successful back then.

And if not for the concept , I have good amount of respect for the actors in there. 😊

Khicdi is a good old hit comedy show and now our sgp is on its way to make its own place. I love both of them .😳

Same here..I remember...every tuesday 9pm..I used to sit in front of TV for khichdi...Shaan's title song brought the whole flavour of khichdi...I used to LOVE it like anything..though didnt like Instant Khichdi that much...but khchdi was like...Hillarious...esp Hansa and Praful...I wish both Khichdi and Sarabhai V/S Sarabhai makes a comeback!!!!
