Well I wanted to tell this for a long time..but actually didnt want to say since its a public forum...But seriously..I SMELL A RAT HERE...!!!.I mean do u remember Sushaan's wedding and Suhana going unconcius after seeing ishaan??The way the show was dragged..with sudden lighting sound effects n all???I asked someone related to SGP(I would surely keep anonymity...)..I asked the particular person why on earth were they showing such high voltage scene sin SGP kyunki the same scenes were done so well in OBS...And the first reply I got was....THE CHANNEL IS FORCING US TO DO THIS!!!...And yesterday's epi reminded me the same thing...With so many angle shots on badi ma...and Badi ma falling ill slowly with slow motion camreas etc etc.....Do we see the indulgence of the CHANNEL in the show???I mean we all know how TRP hungry these channels are....Is it just to rake in TRPs ,they are doing such a thing to the show???

Exactly the same...OK..Believe me since OBS is a regional show...they always try to keep it sensible and dont care about TRP's that much...so that is why the quality of the show is maintained...but as soon as the show comes on to the national television...and that too SP....we all know to what extent they can go to fetch TRP's!!And now that SGP is giving them 3+ TRP's(yup...Jay clarified its 3+ and not 2.87)...I think SP is trying to poke their nose inside this show...I dont want the charm to be lost in this serial....Have already lost interest in OBS....I now want to see a proper story in SGP....!!!

one more thing that irritated me was in most of the episodes of last 2 week suhana was there either in the begining of the episode for 3-4 min or towards the end again for 3-4 min and in rest of the episode she was missing.... in those few min she only spoke abt when she will be leaving and ishaan was marking on the calender and that is it...no progress in the story....

sometime ishaan and Badimaa were missing in entire episode...... most of the time it was just filler episodes... ......... it does not happen in any other show... protagonist of the show has screen space of just 3-4 min in an entire episode(in few epi)..... this is not done for me...
though i find dada dadi cute and adorable i m not interested in watching them for 15 min in 30 min episode

i know sgp is unique, its different and its good that it gives equal importance to all the characters... just hope they dont take this giving equal importance thing too seriously and suhana goes missing in major portion of the episode and there is no progress in the story...

Exactly Anu! I didn't want to open a can of worms either. But the same scene in OBS looks much more engaging as opposed to today's SGP. Badi Maa's maternal love and relief in OBS was over flowing when she saw that Lolita had not left the house. It is those subtle things that make a difference. Badi Maa's character is not supposed to be different as far as I know. But somehow the OBS's Shailaja seemed much more in character today than Supriya.

I wanted to share something...No not related to the show...but related to the forum...I am extremely happy to see this post going on....According to be,a viewer of a show is one who criticizes and appreciates the show together..And I see such viewers here in SGP forums...Ya...I can see the disagreement with the show...but I am damn sure....this is just becuase u all are concerned with such a different show....😉If this would be another forum...by now atleast 100 bashing posts would be posted against this topic...since people nowadays have become fanatics and go gaga over the show even if its lying low.....But i would request everyone to plese continue opening such posts...Crticism is always good for the betterment of the show we love '😊

While last week's pension drama was funny and stuff, this week is really dragging. I expect a LOT from SGP and for the first time I'm really disappointed..

dragging......yes

the point of suhana leaving or not leaving is something i feel the writers are just pulling too long, either suhana leaves and learns a lesson or she stays and learns to accept the life she has and tries to accept Ishaan as a husband and not just a good friend.

I just want to see something other then Suhana always contemplating on how to leave the house, only in the end to not leave because the family pulls a magic rabbit out of the bag so she has to stay behind.

I wanna see romance😍. Between suhana and ishaan i mean. they have their cute/heartfelt talks but i wanna see a *hear skip beat* moment where all of us can really go OMG😉!

As for the difference in OBS and SGP I guess the writers didn't want to completely rip the show off. They could've done scene for scene, but then the actors wouldn't be able to create their own version of the characters. It just be copying and that's no fun to watch.

OBS is OBS. It's done justice to itself.

Now SPG has to prove that its the great show it started out to be. No more dragging plz or randomely forced scenes.

Well i knw i m gonna b hacked for what i say...but umm....well i found the epi fine........i mean ofcourse the whole 'who doc...my doc ur doc' bit was irritating...but barring that it was a great epi....!!

Honestly....i m very sad to hear criticism for Supriyas potrayal..today... coz well i think she did a fine job..........*n yes i say this coz i luv her n m a hardcore LOYALIST*

At the start..her blank expressions indicated ....a sort of emptiness as to she din knw what to think...n what to do......

then when Alok came near.....her expressions showed how much pain she had...but culdn divulge to keep her loved ones happy.........

her look of silent questioining to suhana...when she came to her......as if asking.. how culd u do this to me....how culd u break my trust?? *why shld she react in any other way than she did to Suhanas offer of getting a doc for her.....i feel that it was coz she felt how empty Suhanas words culd b...after she stabbed her heart wit that letter n now offering to get a doc for her*

I can tell for myself...that if the person i had trusted n supported so much...wuld do such a thing as break my trust...n then come out acting all innocent n try playing the support system...i did throw the person out......!! Kudos to Badi Maa...n to Supriya ji for such a beautiful potrayal...👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Coming to th epi being a drag...well th shows been on a dragging mode since a while...so it doesnt come as a suprise to me.....but that culd b coz i no longer have any great hopes from the show..... *thanks to the horrendous Slapgate mess by the CVs* so honestly i m fine wit the epi...!!

Now i actually dun watch OBS so cant comment much...but honestly...as far as todays epi n flow is concerned i found Badi Maa react exactly the way she shld have... disappointed..dejected..n distraught....
