Hey SGP-ians..Well first of all lemme tell u this topic is related to SGP in some way or the other...SO hope it makes some sense...
Well guys....I still remember the date...27 july 2009...9pm.....Whole of WB was excited about a mega show coming up on television....Radio,TV,Print...everywhere.....what is OBS?What is OBS?...Coz...The promo looked classy as well as appealing.....SO thought of giving the show a try(NOTE-This is the first beng serial ever that I have been following till now😆)....OGO BADHU SUNDORI....Just within 2 weeks of its launch....The TRP's of the show started rocking the TRP charts and just within a month...The show became the number one show on STAR Jalsha..making the channel the leader of bengali GEC's........27 july 2009...to 27 july 2010...One long year...Have seen lots of things happening in the serial....The show really proved to be a stressbuster for me...and became my instant favourite......Till date OBS has won around 7 awards just within a span of 10 months(including the best show 2 times😉)....So expecting the same from SGP too😳
And now...due to the popularity of the show....STAR Plus itself asked the makers to come up with a hindi adaptation....the first beng show to be remade in national television.....
I know today is 26 July 2010...But brought up this thread tonight itself so that I dont forget .....So A request..Please join in to celebrate the first anniversary of OBS...
Do wish OBS a very Happy Birthday...and wish for its long run...coz...
1)SGP is here today all because of OBS😛
2)The longer OBS runs...the longer will we get to watch SGP😉
