Hi everyone,

I'm madhoo and I'm new to this forum. I started to watch SGP just recently and I love this show. But I wanted to ask something about Suhana. Is it just me or does anyone finds her annoying too? Don't get me wrong or anything, I used to like her (and I'm sure I still do), but I'm starting find her annoying now. Especially after today's episode. OK we already know that she's a tubelight but seriously!!!!!! How slow is she!!!!?????? It's obvious that she doesn't know why Rajini and Disha are upset with her, but she knows this much that they're upset with her. So instead of complaining to Ishaan about what they did, maybe ask him why he thinks they did this to her (since she can't put 2 and 2 together), but noooooo she is not interested in solving the problem but instead she wants to play that game (I dont even know what you call that game). OMG!!!!!! She is sooooooooooo annoying now!!!!! Not only this, every single day, she finds a "reason" to argue with Ishaan and every single day, Ishaan has to fold his hands in front of her and every single day, it's always about her and what she wants, it's never about Ishaan. I mean, is she not interested in finding out more about Ishaan. I know that she married him without looking at his picture and she had no idea about who she was getting married to, but it was her decision to marry the guy her dad selects for her. And now that she's married and she doesn't want to go to dad's house, this pretty much states that she has made up her mind that she's going to live at her in-laws all her life, so maybe she should grow up a little bit and get to know her husband and his family a little better, rather than complaing to him all the time and totally depending on him to make her smile. I mean, does she not want to make Ishaan smile too? Does she not feel anything for him at all? How stone heart is she!!!?

On a last note, I find her totally amazing. I mean just last night Ishaan was telling her what she did was wrong (going to dance and leaving Rajini and Disha alone and leting them pay the bill), she's still sratching her head and trying to figure out what did she do wrong to upset Rajini and Disha. WOW!!!! She's probably slower than a snail.

I'm sorry if I have offended any of Suhana's fans (believe it or not, I am her fan too, but...)

Madhoo: There would have been no story if Suhana was not this dense. 😆 As viewers of the original Bengali show say, this show is about her journey. And, if the makers showed her using brains so soon, the story would wrap-up within a week. 😆

Now coming to character Suhana ... she is oblivious kind, and lost in her own world. I believe, this revenge by bhabhis will force her to step a little out of her world and value and understand.

@topicmaker: I can understand your confusion and irritation regarding Suhana and her astounding capability to be oblivious to THIS extent😆.....however that's what makes her one of a kind....she's eccentric yet very endearing at the same time and that is what makes her adorable in my eyes....and as An pointed out in the post I just quoted...this show is about her journey of realization....she's obviously not going to realize or change overnight......her evolution as a person will take time....meanwhile her crazy antics along the way make for entertainment in my opinion😆

LOL she may be a cartoon but she's a good-hearted person too....and I think it is interesting to see how she'll evolve as a person....if Ishaan got a simple typical 'seedhi-saadhi' soap bahu as his wife then what would be left in this story worth watching??? That happens in every other show anyways......Suhana makes this show different and unpredictable with her eccentricities.....and I think it's sweet that Ishaan looks beyond Suhana's surface eccentricities to her soft, innocent heart within....that is the Suhana he's fallen in love with.

You have to see beyond Suhana's stupidity to see what a really sweet person she really is. Yes she's slow to realize most things and yes she is a bit childish but she has a heart of gold. She senses when people are hurting. Like she did with Badi-Ma and like she did with Radha Bua yesterday. She knew that on Badi-ma's husband's birthday, all Badi-Ma needed was a hug and she knew yesterday that Radha Bua needed a hug. It was a simple gesture by her but it was from her heart and it made them feel better. When she took out the Bhabhis for dinner, her intention was not to hurt them but to make them feel special and loved. Yes she messed up but again it was not her intention. I think Ishaan sees that. He knows what kind of a person she is. Behind the person who throws tantrums and yells at everyone is someone else who is looking for acceptance as well.

I personally love Suhana. She's very real. She's not the typical mahaan bahus of the Indian television. She has flaws and her journey is realistic.

Yes, I agree that she's good at heart and in a way, her and Ishaan are good match, but it's just today I thought it was rude that she wanted to talk about her day (yet again) while Ishaan was trying to tell her how his day was.

Yes, she is soft and innocent with a golden heart, but Suhana, please concentrate on your hubby too. He needs your attention too; marriage is two way street, not one way.

Trust me I am enjoying this cartoon. How can I forget the ring part. Especially when she said, "kabhi na dene ka irada bana liya?" Oh God!! That was just too funny.

And the cup part when she tells Ishaan to clean up the mess quickly becuse if anyone sees it then they will think that she broke the cup and Ishaan is "par tumne hi to..." and then when Inder tells Suhana to speak the truth today and Ishaan takes Suhana at the back of the room and tells Suhana to speak the truth and dont be afraid and Suhana's response was "are kya bata doon?"

And dont forget the patni part. Too funny!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes, I am enjoying this cartoon and believe me, I do believe that her and Ishaan make a good pair. If she's a cartoon, then he's very sensible and mature guy; totally opposite of her and as they say: "opposite attracts each other."

Hey Farikina,

I'm sorry if I sounded like I dont like Suhana, believe me I like her too. I know she's a sweet person with a golden heart. The only reason I am upset with her today is because Ishaan was trying to tell her how his day was (for once) and yet again, she interrupts him because she doesn't want to know how his day was but rather she wants to tell him how her day was. This really got me irrated. It's always about her, never him and I really felt bad for him today. That's all.

Once again, I am sorry if I sounded like I dont like Suhana, because that's not true. I do like her and I also like Suhana's and Ishaan's jodi (even though she's a cartoon) 😳
