SPA 2010 verdict - Page 2

guys thw whole nominations for saas was funny...all the saas there(except one..i dont know who she is)... and wondering from where nominees from dumdaar sadasya shooted out...

i agree! b4 ven ekta kapoor dominated star plus, the SPA used to be sooooo gr8! i neva missed n e that tym. but i seriuosly didnt watch last year's SPA bcoz didnt like n e serial ut dis year i watched it for SGP.

Star Parivaar Awards 2010 was a huge let down for me..(iam saying this irrespective of SGP won...or din win)..why??here is what i felt...

Red Carpet

Vikas,Rakshanda and Jenifer did a good job.But i think the red carpet should have been for 1 hour..in half na hour..it was so conjusted...only the top people were shown...no interactions with the old actors were shown...the magic did help though to interest me....

Presentation

The whole set was beautiful...i think one of the main highlight was our new logo and look...its fantastic...i fisrt felt blue was the color...but red is so beautiful...the editing was a big problem..threr were so many cuts that i was not able to anyone clearly...the lights were a bit to bright i felt...so presentation was all in all good again...

Hosting

The first major problem i felt yesterday...i was so happy when ranvir came first but he disappeared after sometime...then many others came and went...which did not stay in mind at all....Hosting is one thing that is very important for success of show...many good actors..hiten,ronit..everyone came and went...i think they should have had proper hosts...like they did last year...this year they did not have any scripts for hosts i felt...i expected a lot from gattu bhai...but again he came and went....naitik and suhaana hosting part was good though...on the whole huge disappointment

Performance

Next big disappointment...i never felt the necessity to merge all the four big acts together..and the choreography???ok lets c the performance

1. Sajda and others-mihir,prem/anurag,amar,milind started the song and all our female leads came one by one...i think this was the best act of the evening...all the leads did well and again the male leads disappeared again....

2. Top leads act- major diappointment..iam not blaming the actors...they did their best...(iam not commenting for others)..Sushaan's expressions were mindblowing...but i felt they totally could have done something instead of UV...may be a romantic track would have suited more...

3. Malliaka Aroro- Expectations high...but again disappointment....i mean i could not see anyone dancing..that was how the editing was...the performance itself was cut in places i felt...

4. The last act was enjoyable because nothing was coordinated...i loved dadaji-dadiji...sooo cute...good to hear SGP song..the dance for SPA song was good too....

But on the whole great expectations...poor performances...

Awards

this is one section i have to be very careful with the choice of words...first of all congratulations to Badi maa,dadaji and Ishaan...i felt yesterdays awards was a mixed feeling for me...50%of awards were totally deserving....25%of awards were thru voting..so cant help there....but the next 25% was a total shock...Suhaana is the jaan of SGP and she did not win...very bad...i just had a feeling for a few categories that it was forced to give the award...i think Badi maa or even rano should have been nominated in the saas category...aactually damn shock saas award went to ammaji of pratigya who tells that she is not a good saas...then why get award...anyways iam damn sure SGP will rock next year...

Moments

Not many...best for me is Ishaan's Shayri...OMG...superb...then naitik and suhaana hosting...SRK was modest...the red logo was great...but apart from that??

Verdict

SPA on the whole was a huge huge disppointment for me...i dont know how you guys felt...i felt there was no fun,masti and all...it was very serious...awards,performance,speech...only this...since we have seen soo many masti SPA before...i did not feel myself enjoying it...thyoharo ka thyohar..was a forced thyohar...

the verdict is irrespective of SGP's performance at the awards....

the presentation was actually not fun.. rem there was a time they SPA included too many activities not just songs and dances where ther was so much fun.. to be watched.. i think it was the first and the second.....😲😲😲😲

yeah during ekta's rule SPA's used to be so interesting..i always disliked kekta's shows but loved the SPA...I used to look forwrd to SPA every year but since last year or two SPA has become horrible maybe if once again Kekta starts ruling SP we mite get our very own SPA that we loved. why does all the awards goes to RS's shows? They are horrible esp rishta kya.....serial. Man that show is horrible 🤢

i dont know abt ekta's shows...havent seen it nor the SPA at that time...but i saw the special epsiode of SPA where they showed previous years....i found the difference...
