I was an initial viewer of SC and stopped watching it when they bought the stupid kusum track. I would have preferred it to stick to the book and have the sad ending. I mean a finite series say for a year with a proper script and beautiful end.

Certain stories needs to be shown certain way to preserve the beauty of it. Unfortunately SC lost it and it became a caricature of characters of what it started out with.

Feeling very sad for what happened. Now it is going to end. I hope atleast they end it proper.

yeah I totally agree..the thought of samud not ending together would've killed me so in that sense I prefer the happy ending! lol!

Wish when SLB left Ekta had taken over SC.To Ekta's serials r full of illogical horrible tracks she knows how 2 handle couples by creating magical chemistry

i don't think that sc would have ended in slb was still part of sc show:)

it would have lasted for more than a year, maybe three years at least?

Your right about SLB and his stories. They are epic. I cried at the end of Devdas, HDDCS and Guzarish. But each had its own logic and the way it ended was the right way. My favourite scene in Devdas is the one you mentioned, when SRK helps to carry Paro's doli away.

"Humesha tumko chaha" was such a beautiful and tragic song. My favourite line from that song is;

"Woh daag tumne mujko diya

Uss daag se mera chehera khila, rakungi isko nishani banakar

Mathe pe isko hamesha sajakar"

It's been years since I watched that movie, but to this day, the emotions evoked by it remain with me! THAT is the measure of a true artist. How they strike your emotions and make a connect that lasts forever! SLB has that. Happy ending or not, the journey he takes you on, is worth going on!

But personally I love SAMUD so much that I am happy they get their forever! They fought so much for it. No couple deserves it more!
