Can't insert emoticons but rona aaya last scene ko dekh ke. Saras sensed something is wrong and had that angry look on his face. Then why did he go up instead? It was not very clever and in fact it was stupid.

And then, he said what he had to say while conscious. Bahut achhi lag rahi ho and I love you. Those might have been his last words before dying or going into coma or in the show. Wow!!! So many possibilities. His heroism or whatsoever definitely increases the sadness n makes us feel for him more but not his death. Dekhte hain.

We definitely saw a happy saras for the last time. And a happy kumud too for last time. And most definitely their last scene together when they are happy.

Someone made a post on how he would sacrifice himself to save kumud and they were so right.

Chalo CVs. You have kept his character intact till his end. For that you deserve to be complimented. Our love for saras only grew by the day and u played a big role in that.

While you may call it stupid, I call it very Saras like, and infact an act of love

Look at it from his POV, this sense of impending danger that he has, has no basis from others POV. This whole setup was apparently done by the bride's cousin, the only one from her side.
It was projected as Anushka's wish on her wedding day, so if he had forced Kumud to not get onto it, it would have seemed churlish and anyway his mirchi wouldnt have listened to him.

So looking at the nazakat of the situation, he did what he does best, always, protect his kumud, and take it on himself.

And so true Santhi, CVs deserve a thank you for Saras, but also a kick on the backside for Kumud.

A parallel that I would like to draw here Santhi. Before leaving for Mumbai, even Kumud had this sense of kuch galat hone wala hai, but she became distant and angry and refused to talk to Sraas or anyone about her feelings.In fact Saras has to draw her out. She was sending him off alone to Mumbai. She was not like this in the early days of the show.

Look at how Saras deals with his fears, he is talking to Badi Ma, making sure that he's always around Kumud and becoming extra protective towards her.

I mean this scene is straight out of the "America's Silliest Videos" / " World's Dumbest Videos" / "What the Hell Were They Thinking" Genre

If Saras had to go out, he should have gone in a blaze of glory...

If he's gone after this, imagine...if someone is desribing the end... What Happened?...The response would be ..."Oh like some stupid chump he fell out of a silly crane doing an even sillier stunt on behalf of someone else"

CVs have let us down once again...

I think they're doing that catapult thing, where they stretch max to one end and then release hey presto have a happy ending after a quantity of rona-dhona of course...
