The episode starts with Kumud shopping for Prashant's lady and the man is asking Kumud to pick things according to her taste as she is just as Kumud - perfect. He is looking at Kumud sickly while Kumud looks a bit uncomfortable. While Kumud goes to try the clothes on, she gets a SMS. It is Saras telling her that he will be home early but Prashant deletes the message and put her phone in silence.
Danny's friends are there at the haveli. Kusum and Anoushka are anxious to meet the famour kiran since they have planned to get her out of Danny's life.
Prashant is still ogling at Kumud as she keeps asking for his choice, discarding dull colours and choosing bright ones unaware of his lustful intentions. She remembers that she needs to call Saras. Prashant is not happy. He tries to divert Kumud's attention forcing her to check another suit. Prashant gifts her the red suit which she refuses but later an embarrassed accepts as he keeps insisting.
At the haveli, juice is being served to Danny's guests. Kusum is angry seeing Kiran sticking to Danny.
A happy Saras is back home but Kumud is not there. He keeps calling her but the phone is in silent phone. Kumud is busy shopping for Saras as proposed by Prashant who is staring at her all the time.
At the haveli Kusum and Anoushka, the two partners in crime, are still scheming and plotting to get rid of Kiran. They tell Kiran how upset Dugbaa can be if people do not appreciate her food. The two are planning to give her a special food.
Kumud is back and is surprised to see Saras home. Saras is not too happy that Kumud didn't pick her phone but Kumud realizes that her phone was in silent mode. Just then Prashant comes to give her bag back and tells Saras that he went shopping with Kumud since she is home all day and gets bored. Kumud is astounded by his words. Saras looks on annoyed and walks off to freshen up. Prashant is happy. He has managed to create tension between the couple.
At the haveli, food is being served and "Kiran" is given her special food - full on chilli, salt...The poor girl is choking on her food. It is not KIRAN but RAIMA
Kumud tells off Prashant for telling Saras that she gets bored sitting at home. She also tells him that she and Saras do not need a third party to set thing straight between them and didn't need to explain for Kumud to Saras. Prashant goes away saying sorry.
Kusum and Anoushka, the two evils, run to the kitchen to get a normal thaali for Raima. Kabir is suspecting both and overhears their talk and their special dessert - chilli ice cream.
Saras is sulking and complains about Kumud not picking her phones. Kumud tries to explain. Saras asks her why she told all these things to Prashant. "Why don't you go to Ratnagari for some days, if you are so bored like I suggested?" He tells her.
