well...came home early ...we were curious and saw an epi for old time's sake with Dear Wife...
- who was mighty confused by JW's acting itself...a first for her since she was a fan...she felt JW was often acting and giving expressions as if she's caught on to the creep and yet her follow-up dialogues and actions were always contradictory to her expressions.
- and who said a woman...
... develops a finely honed sixth sense about lechers, even the covert ones
...will never get into a car, let alone to a shopping trip on a neighbour's whim...
...will have a Danger flag flying high especially after the 'Just Like You', 'Perfect' type cheezy lines
...will simply not forget to phone hubby, especially if she has opened her purse to do just that
...will typically call up hubby as soon as she can, simply just for reassurance & update him on where she is...specially after the Danger flag is on
... will never never accept a gift after those comments...especially a "Bloody Frigging Red Dress first chosen by a man other than hubby for his so-called girlfriend!!"
...will simply cut short the trip and want to leave...never extend it and be more late than usual
...will typically just react 'then and there' when they see hubby disturbed, her being a justified cause for hubby's disturbance and ESPECIALLY when she see's the creep directly twisting the trip...she will never look on "philosophically" (her words! 😛) all through the long-winded explanation from the creep... the entire 'its between us' dialogue will happen almost immediately.
...will NEVER EVER KEEP THE GIFT after she has learnt about the deliberate twist in the story by the creep & her disturbed hubby...
... will asap detail out the entire story to hubby to right the "distrubance in the Force" not look on "philosophically" (yea...her words again! 😛)..
... and why was saras behaving like a 'Babuchak' (that's Gujju slang for a dimwit) crybaby and dressing up like a pretty boy in pink?

Her theory is that JW the person feels like the above as a natural reaction of any decent woman...but is being asked to act like an airhead...so the conflict between her first expressions as woman to cues from the creep's dialogues and then the effort to mask these and act like an airhead...
She really pitied Kumud's current characterization and feels the makers of the show pull the plug and put fine actors like JW & GR out of their misery.

Dear Wife is currently following Ek Hasina Thi...she tells me the actor who portrays the lead female protagonist is very good and the direction / story depiction is taut & show's her character with steel in her core and yet who is so feminine.. and how it portrays revenge as a dish best served cold..Compared to her, current Kumud is no contest at all...
Neways...I dont see that...I have had my fill of SP shows...will never waste precious bandwidth ever again to see them deteriorate into such farce...
