The tea pakoda bit might have been cute if they were in a situation where they didn't have a home or money or food and they were really hungry so they do that type of a thing to cheer each other up

The landlord is creepy and is eyeing up Kumud in a weird way. Maybe the flat is haunted by a ghost or ghosts? Of the landlord's dead wife and maybe also child. Like in 6th sense, maybe he also is a ghost. Now that would be interesting... What if he was the murderer!

I found the tea and pakora scene babyish and not funny or cute like the Danny and Kabir-Anushka scenes are.

GR have told in an interview few days back that his another bro can come in story line and then love triangle will start again. 🥱 And landlord eyes is very much on Kumud,

It will be an interesting story line if he is ghost or that house is ghost house.
