Episode starts with Saras telling others how Shankar changed the good quality food and took it with himself. All are shocked and dishearted.
Principal and Kumud finally meet the officer. Meanwhile, Sharma wants to complain against Shankar but others stop him. Saras calms him down and suggests them that they should talk to parents.
Principal and Kumud both explain their position and try to get the affiliation letter from officer but he denies. Kumud explains how hard it was for them to gather every kid and ask for their permission, she pleads him to give that affiliation letter. He finally agrees to give them affiliation after hearing their struggle.
Anushka is trying to kill cockroach, Kabir comes there and taunts her that look at your size. She asks for his help but he denies so she begs him to help her because she's scared cockroach might eat her up. Kabir looks for the roach but it's not there, he leaves angrily.
Saras comes with police inspector to arrest Shankar, Shankar explains himself but nobody listens and that sharma insists on arresting him right away. Constable brings the rice from kitchen, police asks him to confess but Shankar asks his wife to tell them the truth how she brought these. His wife tells them that her parents gave her these. She shows them proof. Saras stops the inspector from arresting Shankar and apologizes. Shankar's son asks Saras whether they're here to arrest his father but he says no, his father is a good man. Saras asks Shankar whether he wants to tell him anything. He says no.
VC is finding some file, kusum brings it for him and he thanks her for that. He asks Kusum about Kumud and she tells him that she'll call her in evening. VC voices his doubt that he's worried about the school as no one wants their kid to go to school. Danny and kusum assure him that everything will be okay.
Detective Saras is thinking about what happened, trying to find any clue. He wonders if the rice is stolen then how come the guard didn't see it and what if somebody stole the key from principal's room and changed rice. He vows to find the culprit soon.
VC asks Saras about the culprit, he tells him that they didn't find it yet. Kusum is taking something in the kitchen he asks her what is she doing. She tells him that she's setting up this trap for mice. He gets an idea from this.
Precap: Kumud is asking Saras about Mumbai, Saras talks some crap. In background peacock starts making noise. Kumud gets suspicious.
