Nice post.

I will come straight to the point.

I too love a strong supporting cast. They give the distinctive touch to a story. And supporting cast of SC is pretty strong. After Kumud's marriage to Pramad, only Saras was propped up and the rest of the cast were turned into mere puppets. Especially Desais.

More than Danny, I used to like Dugbaa-Kumaari tussle and the way that relationship was shown with all the tensions, VC-Saras relationship. And Kusum too.

Every character bites the dust in serials. Characters' different shades are not explored. They are suddenly made to take U-turns.

Like Danny. All of a sudden he behaved like a bipolar person.

PS: Well, audience is more forgiving than Saras.😃 Its there to see.
