+1 hain ji...I also liked the episode and the built-up towards SR...I did not expect any major romance anyways so the whole lighthearted atmosphere was kinda apt and nice...

The build up was shown well. They are not plunging into it. And I am not expecting too much either.

Beautifully written ... 👏

The idea of SAMUD going to their Factory was Fantastic ... 👏

and how Beautifully Saras managed to decorate the place ... 😆

The Setting was Perfectt ... It looked Beautiful ... Aaahh ... the COLOURS ...those Colourful Odhniis as Curtains ... the Candles ... DREAMY !! ❤️

and SAMUD looked BEAUTIFUL ...Saras's advances ... Kumud all Shy ... All Great ...

and then the change of tone ... BAM ... I did find the change of mood quite Abrupt ...

But Well this is what the Writers came up with ... Can't blame SAMUD for that ...

the way SAMUD performed that Funny Act , was nice ... It was Cute ... it was Funny ... and it brought a Smile to my face ... 😊

As you said rightly ... I guess this is the CVs way of showing them trying to get over their Nervousness ...

I felt they were telling themselves that it is their suhagraat. Kind of reassuring. And they were not acting as someone else. Very much themselves. And yes there was change of mood but not change of tone.

Unreserving!!

Ok after watching the episode here is my take:

It started well for me n i loved how DanSum n SaMud were all fighting to let each other share the room.
DanSum were really sweet n SaMud were as usual the responsible elder bron bhabhi pushing them away.
After their exit, what followed was too good.
Loved the factory scene till the role play which for me needed to b toned down if CVs really wanted to show SAras relaxing Kumud n removing the awkwardness.

The scene among the curtains were beautifully done n SaMud/JenAm were fab. Saras were staring at her lovingly n intensely n She was all way too conscious of that n kept smiling shyly. THe way he touched her, the awkwardness n "hulchulling" on her face n her body language were bang on. He took in her arms to place on the bed. Way too good but there i lost the connection.
The shift was too abrupt. It was not OTT but it needed to b toned down too.
It was a good epi but it dampened the mood at the end but precap seemed promising so lets wait.

This said, i wanted to share something with u. I dunno there is something which i cant put my hands on nowadays.
I mean the show is doing great n JenAm r such great actors but there is something with the CVs. The scenes start really well but they fizzle out at the end. They seem to lack depth or these ppl do not manage to keep it intense for long.😕

Agree OSJ. To the fact that the switch to that role play scene was sudden. But the role play scene was not loud or OTT at all. And when Saras landed on her shoulder Kumud was melting with shyness with her biggest smile at his child-like stupid grin and how he was behaving like a baby. An acknowledgement that his advance worked and brought them another step closer.
Well I like this kind of romance. Where the lighter scenes hide and also reveal the inner, more intense feelings.
I agree with you on the fact that CVs are not carrying the scenes through. There were many ifs and buts. For example they showed ton of scenes in VC haveli before wedding(of Kumud with her parents and the dolls and again as dulhan with parents n dadaji) but not one scene of how Saras was feeling before the wedding. After his stupid lady act, the next we see him was as a groom with sehra.
Regarding sustaining the intensity, I see there is a conscious attempt to show it in a different way. Actually if you see Saras of today's episode, it reminded me of Saras from the old days during Sejal's shaadi. When he puts haldi in the water to fulfill kumud's condition. Being naughty.

Santhi I like light romance too. I loved Saras during Sejal's marriage. He was a tease but he was intense n passionate too. He was jealous but showed his trust n confidence too. In sum he was completely human.

Coming to the epi That sudden shift the moment he placed Kumud on the bed didn't click for me because he had the look of a man who meant "business" when he was carrying her if u understand what I mean. A man who was turn on 😳
There was something which was lacking there before they proceeding to that act.
Let's say him pulling the ghungat himself n then notices the nervousness on kumud's face n realizes that May be he should go a bit slow n then moving to the act surprising Kumud would have been more acceptable.
Anyway to each his/her taste. It was not bad at all but one can't help but notice how CVs r rushing into it n I am miffed that they r getting away with it simply because they have a great looking n talented leading pair.

You put it very well about how that scene was brought about. Rushed.

Santhi, it's a writers prerogative how they want the scene to go, the lighthearted way or the intense way. As long as there is flow and harmony, both ways can work well.
Last night it started out intense romantic way and then suddenly switched to light hearted, that was where the connection broke for me.

Somehow, I couldn't see that Kumud was very hesitant and needed Saras to back off, because actually I felt that Saras was romantic but not overpowering and Kumud was happy and elated, just a teeny nervous, but not afraid of where it was going.

So that's why the change of track was a bit jarring.

So it was the disconnect that bothered me.

Anyway, I hope Monday will be more coherent.
