Arshi,
We talked about Ratnanagari that is now more like Rajkot earlier. And again in Shana's chocolate wala love thread.
Its a big town. I was actually more shocked at that proposal scene. It was a sudden jump. After I made peace with that, today's episode was actually much better. No hi-fi gestures. Plain old Saras n Kumud, with their intense convos. The dialogues were very good.
I understand what you are saying. This progression is so sudden. And brought about in just one episode. So that is the problem. Previous episode packed so much in it that it just shook everything.
But, I am glad they talked like they used to(in the first aid scene).
I liked it Santhi
In so many ways it made sense
All that was holding Kumud is suddenly no more a problem
Dadaji and VC have openly shown their approval of Saras and their marriage
These things are also huge for Kumud
So it's time for both of them to revel in their love
And enjoy their moments together
Dream of their future
Woh sab right hai
Maybe I still don't know, if Radhika is simply unaware of the nuances of the story and so is rewriting it in her own way, because this urbanization of the characters is what is bothering me
I think a few more episodes will clarify that, this ranptnanagri turning into rajkot as you say is a bit jarring
The other day, when Kumud returned, we had the hallway in Desai haveli lit with so many bulbs in the middle of night
Whatever happened to that going with a lantern at night? Now suddenly the haveli hallway was like the lobby of a hotel bright lights all over the place!
