Saraswatichandra has the fantastic lead pair and a good supporting cast . They all are gems . Don't want their talents to be wasted.

The writer of the book Goverdhanram Tripathi too was strongly criticized 100 years ago, that as a reformer why did he not marry Kumud to Saras . It would have sent a strong message in favour of widow re-marriage at that time.
Now the present writers have an opportunity to bring reforms in our society so please do not give importance to the issue like widows cannot marry.

And the Pramad dialogue yesterday sent signals of widow remarriage as some kind of taboo... it may not happen that way... but I feel they have no right to even suggest that it is wrong for a widow to remarry!

Thanks Linda. Maybe I missed it. I get so worried that they will bring some stupid tamasha of this kind..kuch bharosa nahin CVs ka. I heard him say, mujhe dubai mein achi treatment karvao, what if I die before the divorce! That itself had me hopping mad !!

It took so much time for them to make up thier minds that Kumud should come out of an abusive relationship and ask for a divorce ! ! Dont want them to even suggest that just because Kumud was married once, she has no right to find happiness in her life again!

Time has come to stop the repetitive pattern we have been served for so many months.

I believe that CVs perfectly know what we want n they will give it to us but b patient.

Saras will not marry kusum. Yes he will be forced to but he will not. Circumstances will make him marry Kumud instead.

I totally agree with Shana. We have been around n with SaMud thru thick nothin n we know wat we r talking.

Nothing is going as per the novel n will not end as per the novel! Kusum track us just to spice up the show coz we have to accept it- daily soaps run with drama drama and drama!!

Remember that plain chunri?? Well kumquat will have to wear it my friend. It is from Saras. N this plain churning will be rangofied by the man himself don't worry.

Saras started with Kumud and will end with kumud n vice versa!!

Make ur heart strong to bear kusum. Forget pramad, yeh to marne waala hain!! The kusum track will bake our heart churn with disgust but let's accept it coz if she turns despo n listens to vamp kalika, she will turn negative n this means no way she is getting Saras.

Start worrying when she tries to act mahaan! This will be bad news!! Then we can get ready to bombard CVs/ star plus n blast them for ruining our show!!

Thanks Jaanu. As I was re-running the episodes of last week, I realised that Saras-Kumud scenes stand out in every episode. Like you said yesterday, each one of their scenes are done with a lot of care. If they can do that, then why not the rest of the episode?Why not give it a proper logical storyline, instead of going round and round in circles.

Just the way Saras stood by Kumud, we have stood by SC through thick and thin
If you have understood the intensity of Saras's love for Kumud, you would understand how much we love Saras-Kumud and SC too. 😊

Saras refusing to marry Kumud in the heat of the moment we understood
Kumud marrying someone else as acceptance of her fate we understood
Kumud wanting to give her marriage a chance and wanting to change Pramad for good - even that we understood
We even understood Saras's selfless love for her and to standby her through her decisions

But we don't understand

• Kalika entering the Desai household. Even for TRPs sake -No. For heavens sake !!

• Kusum falling for Saras? Is even more obnoxious. A traditional and cultured family such as the Desais, surely must have taught the girl some decency. What she feels for Saras cannot be termed love. Please break her infatuation for Saras. Please find a way to make her realize her folly ! ASAP. We cant stand it!

• Why must the twists and turns in Saras-Kumud love life revolve only around the "badness" of Pramad, Kalika? And their dirty games?

• Why must the twist come from a family member, (Kusum) who was the key witness to this entire love saga between Saras and Kumud?

We dont want to watch

• We don't want to watch the same rehashed misunderstandings for the sake of a twist and a turn in the story.
• We don't want to watch Saras-Pramad bashing ! We have had enough of that too!
  
• We don't want to watch Pramad attempting to kill Kumud or Saras for the umpteenth time and roaming around free!
• We, for heavens sake we don't want a "how will a widow get married " story !!

What we want
Saras and Kumud have been through a lot. Give them some happiness. Kumud is a strong girl of today. Please change with the times and show us a love story with some realistic twists and turns in their life ! Please dont swing from extremely logical episodes to the bizarre!


You have such a fantastic pair as leads. Your cast is superb. You have some wonderful directors who are able to bring out such fine scenes

Why then this regressive approach. ???!!!
SC has always been a serial with a difference.
Please keep it that way !

Thanks Nandy! The disappointment is tremendous. Every episode is kind of marred by the atrociousness of a Kalika or a Kusum or a Pramad. I Havent given up yet, because Saras and Kumud still riveting, by their sheer presence...

This is it, the reasons I could not enjoy the Samud scenes anymore. Its unnecessary twists for TRP. SC was different and didnt need these three for story to progress. Guman was needed, I understood that but not this...And there is no going back from the Kusum angle. Damage is done. Even if Saras never marries Kusum or Kusum marries someone else, this angle has tainted everything SC for me. Watching Kalika gives me nails on chalkboard feeling. 🤢

Too much logic ki vaat and cinematic liberty for me to handle so taking a break.
