Here's my pov on what actually CVs are trying to portray - pls just hear me out

Desais couldn't say they know Saras due to obvious reasons. BD couldn't question them or rather even portray to the Desais that they know Naveen and Kusums past as then the whole shameful incident would be out. So all in all they all portrayed lack of knowledge about Saras/Naveen to bury their own secrets!

Plus I guess you dont want to embarrass ur guests by saying, heres naveen and we know everything abt ur daughter's (Kusum) past with his family so they had to pretend.

I know the current ph stuffs up flashbacks BIG time and they totally ruined the RN lake by bringing it to Suvarnanagar but would they screw up their own plot?
