How well Gautam & Jenny play off each other...

They really are power packed performers but the extent I only understood today when I knew they shot for their scene separately. No doubt they still did well individually but playing off the opposite actor is so important. Recently we have got some extremely high-voltage sequences between the Saras and Kumud with the taunts and lashings. Today the scene wasn't as impactful. Still, the show has still done a decent job in covering Jen's absence but I'm looking forward to her return properly so much!

At the same time, I really feel the writers need to focus more on Kalika and Pramad too because they're both very interesting characters and can do a lot for Saras-Kumud's intense love story. Plus the actors are brilliant. I'd rather see these two than Sunny-Kusum even! Hope the CVs show more of these two grey/negative characters and build on their role. I was really disappointed with Gumaans characterisation and acting but here there's a lot of potential with Pramad & Kalika.

Agree with you wrt Kalika. Guman was OTT all the time and everytime she had a scene It was like I was grinding my teeth. Kalika is like a viper, sleek and deadly, and she makes a good pair with Pramad. This guy is really tall and big, he dwarfed Gauti, but thankfully Gautam presence is felt by his personality not his height.

Here i agree with u with capital A ...pramad and kalika have lot of potentials ...both actors r doing very good...specially actress playing Kalika seems so expert

as its well said...u need villains to make a hero ...their is no Raam without Raavan...so we desperately need pramad and kalika characters to make saras kumud love story go more intense and deep


sunny kusum seem a kind of burden imposed...as now main plot lies in kumud ki sasural ...so its better cvs concentrate on characters at Kumud in law side rather then waste time in ratnagiri

I have recently started watching SC, so cant say of their act TOGETHER, but right now their performance comes off as very weak, specially Jennifer's. I didnt see traces of hurt when he broke glass and hurt himself, and yesterday even in that pallu scene. She is so expression less, dont see hurt, mad or love, anything. Gautam Rode is growing on me slowly, but jennifer has been big disappointment. That BIG hole in her neck, can someone tell her, it's very distracting and she shows it in almost every scene. Her makeup is bad and so is her saree collection.

Agree on Kalika and Pramad, girl playing Kalika is good, very good actually and Pramad is very natural. They should show more of them, and yes they are key characters in story.

I watched SC movie last weekend so I can understand concept, seems like serial is past 70% in movie, when Saras is ready to leave. In movie, he leaves and then Kumud is thrown out of house because of Kalika(she found Saras love letter and gave it to Pramad, not sure if in movie girl had same name😕) and SaMud meet at this place co-incidently and love ignites, and Saras tells her about the death of Pramad and her MIL and ask to marry but she refuses.

But things are changing from here in serial, Saras is not leaving and neither Pramad dying, plus Pramad doesnt have baby sibling, does he? In movie, Kumud father is strong guy but here he seems rather weak😕

If you guys love SC then should watch movie for amazing performance by Nutan, beautiful songs and their picturization. Never knew this movie has such blockbuster songs like "Phool tuje bheja hai khat mei", "Chandan sa badan" and "Mein to bhul chali babul ka desh", rest songs are even very nice..
