Not necessarily, if they end up making Kumud having a miscarriage. Similar to most serials and then showing Saras caring for her and feeling guilty for her situation. Again, I highly doubt this would happen. But I feel like there's a reason they made sure they show Saras and Kumud getting intimate and Kumud feeling guilty afterwards and also lets not forget Ghuman knows about it as well she could always use this to create more havoc on Kumud at her in laws.
