Jenny's overacting - Page 5

I felt that Jenny's acting was fine in the phone conversation scene. But after, that when Kumud reveals about the break-up to the family, I felt that it was way over the top and melodramatic... but I'm not sure whether it was particularly because of Jenny's acting or was it the direction... because not just Jenny but everyone's reactions and the bg music was too melodramatic. I felt that they could have reduced the melodrama in those scenes...

I think you must really hate her as an actor to think that she was overacting.

Her dreams are shattered. The guy she wowed to spend her whole life with left her on the evening before her wedding and you expect her to just sit and cry a little?

She is devestated. Any girl would have reacted the way she did and she was marvellous. She portrayed her emotion so well, with so much pain. I thought, she was bang on.

Sorry but I disagree! Not coz I am a blind fan of Jenny or anything! Hardly! But I think she did a superb job in the breakup scene and the scene soon after with the family!!

She was damned good! She showed Kumud's heartbreak and devastation really well! Someone who gets dumped two days before her wedding can't be expected to react any differently to that! After all, she didn't know what the hell happened? He just visited her the day before and everything was fine then!!

So her reaction is what you would expect! Anything less would be unrealistic from someone in her position!

I love Jenny completely, yes! She is the reason I started watching the show, but I am mature enough to not appreciate or critisize one's work just because I love or hate that person. Jenny has had her days where she wasnt upto the mark but that particular episode you are talking about, she was fabulous.

though im angry at kumud's character for burning saras's memories...i liked jenny's acting!!! it was so good that kumud's character came to life

it was not over acting...but then i did feel ...it was too much...cvs overdid it...as for jenny...yaar jitna glycrine doge utna hi roye gi naa ...lol
