I understand and I wish they had left him like the way you said still confused and scared to commit to someone. Then this wouldn't have been such a difficult thing to accept. But maybe I might eat my words and CV's might surprise me with some twist tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed for that. And sorry I forgot to ask hope you didn't mind me addressing you as Zainab. I saw your name on the comments and went ahead. Keep posting as it is good to have different perspectives.

Just saw the episode...She was looking so unguarded. Oh Saras! Why did you ever came in her life? Jenny is portraying that uncertainty to ty. Though somewhat unnoticed in glare of GR's powerhouse acts...

Precap had an amazing effect on forum. First time seeing such outpouring against Saras...even over and above 3G!😲

Indignation has a validity. He may not backtrack on 'promises' so easily...but have an uneasy feeling...what if he completes, " This marriage can not go through...because, you are betrothed to me on my father's name. Wait, till I earn the right to claim you as wife on my own." What if Kumud- sinking and 'dead'- may not wait and comply to marry, or even worse, in a rage, asks to be married off?...This is the last OTT drama I am afraid of.😕 And then see the tide turning- 'when did even she wait?' Blame shared or even extended more to her than him, for his excused traumatic state...but then it will be a complete u turn on Book's plot. She had no say. Only SC and VC were activators there.

Meanwhile now, we are at that phase where Loyal friend stands last guard against impulsive destruction. In book, he magnificently rose to the occasion. Sunny Shakes him hard, explicitly spelling out 'deeply-in-love' Kumud's pitiable predicament. Counters and cancels all his logic for renege and even secures a word from SC that in the 'morning' they would jointly work out a solution and went home- rather, was forced by SC, with some ambiguous assurance. Only, his renouncing Friend has outfoxed him and slipped away in the night. A few letters for him and father...it was Sunny/Chandrakant who exposed Gumaan and Dhurtlal's venom and LN's misunderstandings. LN was mad with grief...

But Book Saras has some better logic to 'renege' on love than here perhaps...'Kumud's possible unhappy status in his home'...sharing a passage from there...

"...went to Kumud's portrait. Then on shoulder of his friend, he cried like a child...

Alarmed, Chandrakant/Sunny, " why! be patient, brother, have you thought about Kumud?"

SC, " God will take care of her. May she forget this recent love, just as its short tenure and forget me on finding a good husband."

Sunny, " A big mistake! You are harming that innocent girl. And you may dearly regret injustice to her through out. It's a God crime. And you are never to forget her either."

SC, " Beloved Kumud, pure and dear, I will not forget splendours heart and mind, they enchants me blissful...but I can not bring her to this adverse family and render her harassed, unhappy...there She might be tormented for a while, but a good marriage may make her happy and forgetful of me..."

Sunny scolds him again and tries to divert his mind, extracting a word to talk in the morning...SC outwardly complying..."

Yup I do too! Me too fingers crossed! Hopefully they do! Sure u can there is no need to ask! 😆But I will say this again I'm loving this track because there is no love without fight nd no value of love without separation!

But Arshi, there is also another scenario possible. What if Kumud (unlike 'only friend' in book's 'communicationless era') soothes his nerves and invokes a writ on him to come without fail? He may yet make a dash😊...Gumaan's thought, " He must be on his way to RN', is significant. Then,she may activate contingency resources to block his rush😕..net effect, SC is not so culpable as today ( I don't like him so tarnished)...just a thought.😊

6pages of outburst against Saras already? We are yet to see the episode tomorrow.

Saras may just be about to say, baaraat is not arriving at the muhurat, neither he can keep up this muhurat alone. May or maynot explain all circumstances. Precap is a bait to viewers, picture is not complete yet.

His love for Kumud was not out of his mind even at the height of outburst with LN or Guman. So there is no reason he will ever renounce her now.

Crisp episodes overall. Right amount of dialogues for Monica.

A thought that crossed my mind too! I am hoping it was the first outburst of a man in shock, and not a decision being communicated.

As Vaishali mentioned, Danny Sunny combo might provide the necessary support to Kumud and Saras, calm him down, so that he makes the necessary dash to ratnanagri .

the episode was good, good acting by everyone, gautam again outstanding👏and jenny looked so beautiful in yellow! danny kumari were cute as usual..everyone is worried about the precap..ye to hona hi tha..he is so devastated at the moment that he will take this hasty decision, unfortunately when he will come to senses it will be too late, kumud will be married off to pramad..and then we all know what will happen..i am happy for one thing that the show is going as per its original script so far!

I am really angry at G R Tripathi for having introduced this completely unwanted character in the SAMUD story ...

if only he was not there , maybe we would have had more peace ... seeing angst ridden Saras and Kumud pining for each other... longing for each other, would have been still bearable... but with him being there in the middle , i wonder how long we shall be able to watch this painful saga.

as Smrth has said... it is going to be a Truly long , Dark Night ahead ...

no wonder all of us are Feeling low .

True Mandy, this is what we had all signed up for, this intensity and pain, and I am so glad that team SLB has realized which way to go with the story, just stick to the original, the loyal viewers of this show are not looking for a feel good flaky romance, or TRP garnering kitchen politics.
