Dukhbaa told Kumud:"Jiss tarah se tum dono ne ek doosre ka saath diya hai, tum dono Jeevan saathi ho.."

(The manner in which you have supported each other, you are husband and wife)

This means that DB considered SaMud as a hubby-wife jodi so what they did was fine...

It was not a paap or galti.

One thing that's come to mind is the fact that it was a spur of the moment decision and no time to think about precaution, therefore I hope the wedding happens soon before she finds out she's pregnant! 😉
