..VC puts haveli on mortgage to get cash for LN

..Then LN uses cash to start business...and VC pays EMI.. Why??

..LN does well.. Then why not just payback the outstanding and get the papers back..

.. If LN has got the papers back, why is VC still paying EMI?

..why wait 25 years to revert back? And in 25 years, if VC has religiously paid the EMI he would have paid back the whole loan and should get the paper back..

.. Why does LN have to start a business with the original corpus if he has paid the money back and has the set of papers used by Guman?..while VC keeps on paying the EMI?..double the original corpus spent!

.. Then if kumud's business from LN corpus is running losses earlier, how does she get to put the haveli on mortgage again? LN had paid back the loan when he got the papers back

..And if the original papers will be with original loan giver from whom VC had taken loan and to whom VC is still paying EMI?

If Saras marrying someone is essential to the plot, he can marry someone who is not related to Kumud, even this Juhi will do. 😃 Later, his marriage does not work out, Kumud is widowed in the meantime. Samud meet again, rekindle their romance, marry and then live happily ever after. 😳 That will give a feeling of some hope, positivity and a more suitable contemporary modification of the novel IMHO.

@ Arshi, VC character is a little OTT but today Yatin was unconvincing. As you mentioned, it is the logic ki vaat script that was at fault here not the actors.

Also, its back to the logic ki vaat Haveli track. This track completely lacked logic from the beginning and it continues to do so.
